How do you ensure the tags are acid free?

I think there are pens on the maket you can use to test whether any material is acid-free or not.

Thanks for all your ideas! I will go around my house and find stuff to use on my scrapbook, what a great way to save money on scrapbooking too. There are some great surplus stores I know of too I am going to check out.
