Hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend lost a lot of weight with it.
This girl is soooo right. The MORE you are obsessed with dieting and food, the HARDER it will get for you stop eating. The DEPRIVATION ultimately leads to binge eating episodes. Please just try it out for a week, let yourself go, you can't gain that much in a week and don't think about being skinny. And eventually you will be back to normal, only THEN try a helthy diet because now you know better.
@elizabethissoweird It may take time to release the need to be 'skinny'. I believe that by eating intuitively, over time, your body will find its own perfect shape and size. Just remember that your own beauty has to be found and embraced on the inside before it comes to physical form.

omg this is so TRUE! i just realized it...I could eat real healthy all day but in the end I go to bingeing on the JUNK.
When i listen to my body to eat when its hungry I lose control!....I never know when to stop...EVEN when i feel full..its hard because I never eat what I REALLY want because i'm scared ill overeat it, therefore i eat what i dont really want super fast and don't enjoy it. =(
