In chromium version 3.0.195.0 this doesn't work ! You have to use : "chromium-browser --enable-plugins" !

gotta change to cmd to $ chromium-browser --enable-greasemonkey --enable-user-scripts --enable-extensions --enable-plugins

If YouTube switches to html5 you wont need flash. So you must be boycotting flash indefinitely?
