Take a long hard look at the singers that's lasted many yrs. and still sound great.

They protect their voice.

Get a good book on voice training and study it with a good voice teacher.

Don't sign anything unless an intertainment lawyer see's it first.

Get a book titled "Breakin In To The Music Business" by Alan H. Siegel. Read all of it.

Also I'm a soprano and I wouldn't sing songs that are too high for me- I wouldn't attempt something I couldn't sing.

I understand that you must like my singing else you wouldn't have commented so many times. In reply to a lot of your suggestions and queries I am actually a trained singer and I continue training on a daily basis-Im always up for self improvement as I want to get the best out of my voice as possible.

I am also writing my own songs and collaborating with writers both in Uk and abroad. I actually have two original songs up here, but you seem to have missed those.

For all I knew you were a good karaoke singer.

Your not singing a song that fits you or is in your key.

Keep straining your voice on high notes and you won't have a voice for long.

Get with a good voice teacher and learn how to protect your voice.

You don't want to lose it b/4 you get started.

I assume you wan't to sing for a living.

Get on Youtube and listen to Mrs. Billy Holliday,Peggy March,Doris Day,Reba Mcintire,

singers that's been in the buisness for 20 yrs.

Stand and sing,you can breathe better.

If the note is a little pinched on high notes,drop down a half step or maybe a whole step.

Warm the voice up for 30 minutes doing the scales with ooh's and aah's.

Do not strain the voice.

Drink room temperature water when singing.

Don't sing when your tense and tired.
