@avapepper - Sometimes it's good for people to concentrate on JUST God and the Bible,,, and not relligions. I have personally learned alot without a Church but rather with just Me, the Bible and God ALONE.

Hurting people hurt others. It takes time to heal. Jesus loves lavishly and unconditionally because He took all your sins, and mine, once and for all on the cross. We are free from any condemnation, judgement from Him . He is forever on our side. God is not angry with us. All His wrath was imbued by Jesus. God so loves all His kids, the Kings kids... we are all His favourites..- equally.
Just remember what our faithful & gracious Saviour Jesus Christ promised in Hebrews 13,5; That He would never leave you, nor forsake you. Cling to The Saviour, He will never let you down.........God bless, see you in Heaven.
Just remember your relationship is ultimately with Christ and not with the "Churchful." You can be a Christian and not be a member of a church. My church is one conduit to my faith. I am blessed to have a great church. Yet, I know there are many in the faith that have had experiences that have scarred them and turned them away from God. Do not give up on your faith and pray that you will be led to those who will nurture and support you and not hurt you. God bless. :-)
