The part you quoted is "Goodbye Love." The entire cemetery scene in the movie is Goodbye Love. It's starts with Mimi saying "It's true you sold your guitar, and bought a car?" And ends with Roger leaving. The movie version is cut, and the 2nd half of the song is on the deleted scenes of the movie. But it is all one song :)

Regardless, they don't have a karaoke for Goodbye Love.

Well they should, because that is one of the best songs in the musical and has character defining moments for Roger, Mark and Mimi as well as the rest of the characters. I just think RENT was always intended to be a theatre piece and not a film adaptation for hollywood to make off of.
