I work as a Train Conductor for MTA-NYCTA in New York & I think this person needs some people skills retraining myself. He was clearly out of bounds regardless of who was right or wrong.
I mean this was in a full crowd situation. How humiliating, is it any wonder the old man did not reply. I bet the pony tail dickhead must have felt really proud of himself. If anything he looked like a bully. Had he had any training for Customer Service?
I never use the trains, is this how bad the crowd is? Thank god I dont work or have to use these services. Learn how to drive and get a car. I dont like the idea of being squashed in like a tin of sardines. Horrible. The problem with getting stuck in the doors and so on is the same with buses cos the drivers are really stupid and blind.

I once experienced abuse from a bus driver, not in my face he was driving while shouting and swearing about the passengers that dont raise their hands to stop the bus yet they complain about the bus not stopping. It was terrible feeling cos I was standing right next to the driver felt he was attacking only me. I had to e-mail a complaint. Got a shitty response from the bus company ofcourse.
That's the way to treat your customers..nice and professional - NOT!
