  • How much are these?

  • how much are these?

  • im stuck, i can walk and run on mine but i can't jump, should i be putting all centre of gravity on my heels and hope for the best? and where is the best place to practise?

  • fuck trampolines lol

  • @DnBspendulum Im in Sussex too and I've just ordered a pair of pro jump exo's, maybe we could get a Sussex bocking group together?~Quinn

  • I've saved up a few hundred bucks for a pair of kangaroo stilts, how long does it take to get generally good at bocking? Like to where I'd be able to jog and not fall flat on my face and break my skull.

  • I just bought a pair that fits my weight perfect, Does it take awile for the springs to work in? Because im not getting much stretch on mine.

  • @biteme5797 you need to use them for a while to break in your springs... when they're new they are very stiff and after a while they become alot more flexible

  • hahah these things are batty as fuck!

  • what are those actually called. the sport is bocking but what are the actual 'shoes' called? also it looks quite easy, is it?

  • One of the most watched bock videos... lol.

  • how long did it take you to do front flips?? did you stack it and hurt yourself many times before getting it right? and which models do you have?

  • im like 9.5 stone and growing but the only sizes in these are 8-11 stone and 11-14 stone. Could i buy the 11-14 ones or would they not work with me? PLEASE REPLY SOON SOMEBODY

  • @tommybee96 i woulld buy the 8-11 you still have quite a bit to grow and buying 8-11 you can see if you really like power-rising hope i helped

  • @tommybee96 they say on their website that if you're near the top of a weight category you should choose the next higher up size. I think it would depend on how much more you have to grow, but in my personal opinion, I'd get the 11-14 just in case. :)

  • i'm like 9 and a half stone and growing but the only sizes are 8-11 stone and 11-14 stone. To avoid having to buy new ones soon could i buy 11-14 stone ones? Or would they not work?

    PLEASE REPLY SOMEONE

  • wow trippo!!! thats so random. but cool=)

  • nice flip at 0:28 0:28 0:28

  • lol me too!

  • got my powerizers for sale for 201$ if anybodys interested

  • For some reason it looks like he should have an M16 assault rifle or pom poms...

  • I could just imagine warriors with these in iraq.

    Epic.

  • That's what I was thinking! Army bockers!

  • @SKUNKBALLScom Why not both?

  • @SKUNKBALLScom Oops. Sorry for replying to a two year old comment.

  • How long would it take a person do jump and bounce that high? Like how many hours of practice.

Looks like once you get it down you can jump that hight pretty easly.

  • no it doesnt..

  • The sound when you land on those, sounds like a gun reloding.

  • idc if this is spam its funny as hell xD

  • i've had similar ones called fly-jumpers now since christmas, but so far i can oly do basic stuff like running and jumping. Whats the best way to start tricks like flipping and doing the splits in the air?? plz help me thanks

  • Going to meets, using forums to meet other people, then going to gyms with them and learning to do advanced tricks in a controlled environment :P

  • alright sweet thanks :) how do i find out where local clubs and shizz are?? cos i dont know any1 else who has them

  • Search for the pro-jump forum, or the poweriser pages, or even both. Those are forums that can help you find other people to go to meets with. Pro-jump is almost completely an english site, whereas poweriser pages is more centred towards america aswell as england. Search for whichever is better for you, or, as i said, both :P

  • i have had powerizers for a while now and i want to learn how to do flips do you have any suggestions on the best way to learn???

  • Would you recomend Air-trekkers or what? Also, Even after getting all the padding and stuff, my parents think its too dangerous for me to get, even if i pay for them with my money (15 years old btw) and they think itll be hard on my knees and i could jar em or something) any suggestions and help PLEASE?

    Thanks

  • id say pro-jumps! there the most reliable and i think the best, powerizers and stuff are okay but have fibreglass springs which arew prone to breaking, the new projumps have carbon springs which are better, plus i think there cheaper, £135. it is dangerous to your knees if your not careful, but if your careful and have good padding, the you should be fine!!

  • It's not actually that dangerous for your knees. Wrists are the most risked part, as falling from that height can really damage them.

Knees dont get jarred all that much when using them. Less so than running even, as you have your own shock-abosorbers :P

  • hi kazbahn its george a off pjf i know wrists are most important but its annoying hitting your knees on the floor and its comfier with pads

  • Of course, i wear knee, elbow and wrist pads. And a helmet sometimes.... if it isnt too warm.

  • My first stilts were Pro-Jump and two of my springs snapped within a year of having them. Also the lower foot bracket broke and the plastic bushings were worn down badly. I'm with 7 league boots now and they are far better quality.

  • rly? thats weird, there usually really good, but also, 7 leagues are better anyway i know, i was gonna get some, but there more expensive

  • yeah, don't get me wrong. I mean Pro-Jumps are excellent stilts to learn bocking on. Perhaps I was just unlucky too :P

  • i've had my new powerisers since christmas and i was wondering... are the best places to start bocking flat and widespread?

  • definately. flat, wide, firm surface would the best surface to begin... with lots of padding on your body of course

  • yeah i have all the basic padding, knee pads, elbow pads and wrist pads but do i need a helmet? would a skateboard helmet be alrite?

  • I think a skateboard helmet would be best for this purpose. lightweight, good head coverage, and built for repeated abuse.

  • @Gymtripp im not a massive fan of skate helmets they ar good but they mover around and dotn really protect the back of your head very well

  • @Gymtripp i might get them but this is worries me how bad does it hurt and do you need really good balence like on a scale of one to 10 one bieing bad balence

  • i heard of a term as compression how do u do it the right way

  • i wish i had the money for a pair they are soo sweet

  • no affence but i can do all that wid out them :P

  • most ppl can(i can do all but fliping ppl who can do that freak me out)it just looks a hell of alot cooler on jumping stilts

  • nice. are 540 easy?

  • I didn't find them very difficult. As long as you can bounce fairly well, then there is plenty of time to spin much more than that.

  • Front or back flip, are more easy to do , with powersizer ???

  • I suppose that it is probably a matter of opinion... and in my opinion a front flip is easier, especially at first. The advantage of being able to run into the bounce for the front flip I think makes it so.

  • You Do Front or Back flips, without Powersizer on ground ???

  • yes

  • I must necessarily learn first in the normal way?

  • necessarily? no, I don't suppose... although it would certainly be the recommended method. It is obviously easier to get height on the powerizers, but falling while on them is much more dangerous than falling from your feet. Hope this helps.

  • how well do these work off tar. like on dirt trails , grass, or sand.

  • I've tried them both on the beach and on trails through the woods. As long as the surface is hard-packed they do ok. Of course, any uneven terrain tremendously increases the risk of a fall.

  • Actually, the splits part made me think that bocking could be integrated really well into cheerleading acrobatics.

  • How much do they cost?

  • they range a bit depending on the model. I think you can find some starting just under $300 or so.

  • I got some powerisers and the springs were stiff as hell! When I swaped out to the powerskip springs it was instantly easy. Setup cost: $1100

  • were the powerisers good enough to learn on??

  • No, you shouldn't even bother with a cheap setup unless you are a gymnast. Trust me, you will just be throwing away your money.

  • thanks mate

i was looking at a brand call pro jumper ill think twice now or try them out first

  • How much do they cost?

  • argh i hate split kicks they are for girls :P ...nice vid

  • Show off :P. Man, I wish I could do that... I can only really run, jump, walk and hitch kick :(

  • im sory i gota ask hw is frnt flips nd straddles basic bockin lol

  • sorry... I suppose it is all relative and I guess i might have titled it inappropriately. These things were basics to me (I could do them after my first day on bocks), but I have a little gymnastics experience.
