Do you think it could be a bad belt or a weak spring?

I have removed, cleaned and greased the springs and they seem to be in very good order. I believe the gear on the governor is the problem, not an easy part to find but I will fix it. Regards Marcel

Hi, Yes it is a very nice machine, I purchased this off a low life seller on ebay, this is what he called excellent condition, I have narrowed the problem down to the governor but I need to get some parts which are hard to get, then I will find the exact cause of the problem and it will then play beautifully.
