Yeah, this woman is a complete idiot. If I were that agent I would SUE her for slander. Had she actually had her own insurance company handle the claim, she'd be complaining about them. This person is just ignorant, and - lady, if you are going to make a video, at least use something other than a piece of paper. Sorry you had an accident, but your anger is directed at the wrong people.
Your neck is moving around pretty good, and WOW, you said lawyer quite a few times. You are going to get sued and should get sued for talking like that. "Take them for every penny you can" I think karma is gonna get you too! My farmers agent rock, and they have never lowballed me. Maybe because I understand how insurance works. Good luck with that hurt neck.
i really think this agent should sue for slander. you should watch what you post on youtube. he would have a case. you shpuld take the video down, cease and desist.
Wow ignorant lady, doesn't she know that if the other car only had minimum state liability limits then it eventually caps out. I bet she was asking for a settlement before the accident even took place!!
I am wondering why you signed a settlement without reading it and now you are blaming everyone except yourself. All insurance companies have an "I hate insert company name" website. most of the posts are from people who are underinsured or are hit by people who are underinsured. Your injuries are only paid up to the policy max and then you get an attorney to sue the person who hit you and take their personal assets. educate people on policy limits and stop slandering Farmers!!!
You obviously don't carry underinsured motorist coverage. You need to re-evalute your own insurance plan before you post such an uninformed video. This video shows the value of an agent. You probably signed up online or via an 800#, wait I figured it out you are an idiot. Trying to get a buck, get a job!
Fyi: Getting a lawyer will not change the value of your injury claim. If they paid you out the policy limits, you can file an underinsured bi claim under your own policy if you have that coverage available to you.
It's unfortunate that this happened to you, but it's even more unfortunate that you have no idea how insurance works. First, let's talk about your theory of "treating people fairly." I assume that Jon Krall is an agent with Farmers. I'm surprised that he hasn't brought a lawsuit against you for slander, seeing as how he personally had nothing to do with it. Second, if the limits of liability were paid, it then becomes your problem to settle with your company in a civil court of law.
this is so sad and pathetic do you even think about what your saying...? farmers is not going to pay for your bull crap neck problems that you made up and farmers is backing up their customer. just because they didnt believe your bs claims doesnt mean farmers is bad. i love farmers so you can go fuck your self
Farmers does suck. THey low balled me on a totaled truck, offering me 2/3 of the cost of a replacement truck. Then after an independent appraiser got the price up 10% they would not cover all the new parts that we put on the truck. Spent $6000 more on the truck and they gave me credit for only $800 of the dollars recently spent.
THey have great TV Ads but they do not come through with what they promise. In general, they are totally dishonorable.
@fast2882 insurance companies do not owe you for the replacement of a truck, just the fair market value of the car. If you replaced a part that is necessary to run the vehicle it is worth no more than if you replace your carpet in your house from blue to brown.
You obviously have no idea about how insurance works. First of all you were dealing with an adjuster. He does not sell insurance, so no one will be buying insurance policies from him. Although agent and adjuster both start with "A", they do two different things. Secondly, ANY insurance company would have done the same. They will only pay out to the limits of liability because that's what was purchased by the policy holder. Policies protect the insured, NOT YOU. That's why you have your own.

Dealing with insurance is never fun and can seem like a scam..but how many scammers are out there committing ins fraud? Like this lady how long did she treat for thinking it was related to her accident and would she have been "injured" if she was at fault for the accident? Because people have this funny way of suddenly being overcome with tremendous amounts of pain when think they hit the auto lotto.
I am sorry about what happened to you. However, I m not sure if you had exhuasted the policy limits of the policy that the farmers insured had. they will only pay up to the limits the customer pays for. After that the rest the customer assumes the responsiblity over. If this is what happened to you you will have to sue the individual to recoop your cost. And this works FOR ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES. .
