Nobody on the Yes side is threatening anybody's freedom of speech. In fact, it is the homosexual agenda that seeks to label any religious commentary on homosexuality and call it "hate speech".

Hate is wrong. Hating gays is wrong. Hating religious groups (Christians, Jews, Arabs, Muslims) is wrong.

Unless you've been living under a rock, I think the complaint is that the yes side has been using deceptive speech in all of its media messaging. As you said, speech should be protected but there's a point where deceptive speech turns into action when when that action is to bring church into state affairs, that's where I don't get the argument that it is fair to take away rights from a minority that doesn't affect how the majority practices that right. Why hide behind a false argument?
