ok well enough with the arguing over youtube its pointless... i have an upgraded fmic, switched boost controller from 8psi to 14psi, 2.5in downpipes to 2.5in to 3.5in straight pipe to single hks hi power muffler 12lb nismo flywheel with a stage 3 comp. clutch, and a tune oh and btw its a jdm engine. so yeah thats it...
even with my fully built motor and all my upgrades i still dont feel 100% safe pushing over 600 without a stand alone ECU, not that i commute to work at full boost :D
300ZX ecu's are stone age shits.
JWT ecu's are made in the texas hott and humid weather. Ashspec Z is more reasonable but not perfect for the individual car. I would always choose ASH over anything. He knows his shit well, and discovered problems on the JWT ecus.
stand-alone is always the best, thats "the new (expensive) thing".
It is posible to get those numbers the stock injectors can hold 400hp max and the fuel pump on an na can push 400hp and tt fuel pump 700 I am we have a club member close to that on stock ecu, downpipes no cats ams pulley kit boost controller
It is possible, i ran 15lbs of boost on stock intercoolers, stock injectors, and stock internals, as long as your ECU is upgraded and you run correct fuel along with proper heated spark plugs!

@azzkicker999 as long as you are running cold plugs 91+ fuel and not more then 14.7 psi you should be able to get these numbers or better and fully reliable

The shop that built the Z I just bought tuned my Z at 15 PSI on z1motorsports 525 turbos, z1 stillen intercoolers, 555cc nismo injectors, larger throttle body, and fuel pump, etc, and they said it made 450hp. =\. Now if that statement is true, im not sure, but they build Z's for a living.

@martpav If not lower. Im running a bar and making 400 (supposedly) with 555 nismo injectors, full exhaust, intake, and z1motor sports 525 turbos, and a jwt ecu.

What the hell is a stage 3 ECU.
I hope you all know that there is no such thing as a Stage 3 ECU.
I have Stage 3 turbo chargers on my 300ZX with 740cc injectors, dual pop, and Ashspec ecu set to 740cc. This is just the minimum.
The stage 3 means the turbos are bored out to fit the GT28RS wheels, shaft, and seals.
My set up pushes 670 whp.
thing to remember is the Z runs completely off the MAF So the ecu is programmed for the size of the injectors

I ran'd it another true dyno and i pulled 380 hp an 388 trq this one was on a specilty z shop though the other one was on some honad dyno.
