don't really need to put noodles in water,. if you add canton noodles to wok/lrg pan and stir it with all ingredients, it will work out too!

hello!katsik081383...yup!ganon ang ginagawa ng nanay ko tuwing nagluluto sya ng pancit or bam-i,para daw hindi na masyadong magtatagal sa pagisa.ihalohalo na lang pag luto na ang mga sahog tapos,tapos na tangalin na sa apoy para hindi malata ang gulay.peace!!!

I'm just curious kasi if you blanche the vegetables it will retain its color as well as its vitamins and minerals. At least maganda syang tingnan. I've tried that before whenever I cook Chop Suey...baka hindi even ang cooking time nila if sabay2x (some are overcook and others are undone).
