Go with Teksavvy and use MLPPP to get around throttling. Both Bell and Rogers throttle, they have separate practices but they both do it.

I noticed the upstream bandwidth leaves something to be desired. Takes a hella long time to upload anything while downloading stuff is fast.

My connection the upload stream maxes out at like 60 Kilobytes a second while the download I've seen hit 2 Megabytes a second.

I'm just curious, which internet plan do you have with Bell? I'm suppose to have 5Mbps for DL, but this week for some reason, my connection has slowed down dramatically, I am able to download only at about 50 kb/s, my uploads are about the same as yours at 60.

YOU WILL not decide what i watch or read or hear on the internet, your traffic shaping is putting a control on how information is leak out on the internet i will never get any services from these guy again there is enough internet provider and phoneline corp. out there, still even if the network is provided by bell, small company will fight over them to set the web free as it use to be.
