How can one live day to day knowing that a loved one is in hell? I accept jesus as my savoir, but if i was to go to heaven how would i be happy knowing that a loved one is burning in hell?

@MessiahYeshua There are no tears in Heaven, friend. I have wondered the same & it seems to me that the Lord wouldn't put us through the painful knowledge of a loved one in Hell. While I can't be sure, it is the only conclusion I have come to, based on the description of Heaven. There are no tears & there is no sorrow there.

I had a very similar view of Hell. Like you, I saw many people I know in that place. I too remember the horrible weeping and whaling, I could smell burning flesh it was so horrible I have never forgotten the experience.

No one has Jesus definitely until he/she dies. It's possible for anyone to get caught by some temptation (and to accept temptation after giving Jesus your life is too dangerous). The scripture says "it is impossible for the Holy Sprit to get someone, who has given life to the Lord and sinned again on purpose, back to repentance cause this person would be crucifying Jesus again.", so don't think you are already saved cuz no one is until he or she gets his/her judgement.

As a Christian, we believe that Christ will return for his bridegroom. His church is the saved people. (The church is not a building that people gather in).

As more people get saved the closer God is to sending his Son back for the church.

Of course, if on is not a theist, one will not believe this.

It is up to the Christian to warn people. I know there will be people that will look at me and say, "you knew, and you didn't share what you knew with me" . . . but I also know that others will look at me (or God) and say "Why" and I will be crying since I DID share Christ with many people when I used to go soul-winning.

That will be a sad day in heaven.

@Simon0 He loves you but you do not belong to Him. Jesus can't save you from hell if you don't let Him into your heart and let Him purify you.

And you're so right. That isn't love. It's Judgement. We ALL deserve to go to hell. But because Jesus died on the cross for you, you don't have to go. Now it's all on you. You can avoid hell.
