What kind of green herb (if that's an herb) is in the sausage? I once had a sausage that was infused with rosemary and it was heaven. It tasted like a Christmas tree. I know that sounds odd, but rosemary is from the spruce family, isn't it? Anyway, it did have a spruce scent flavoring, and the eggs that came with the sausage tasted like flocking. (Okay, it was Christmas time and my imagination got the best of me).
I love rosemary with chicken, lamb, or pork. I don't know if I had it in sausage yet. One of my favorite things is red potato salad with rosemary, but too much rosemary and then the taste is awful!
Arthur this is a WONDERFUL video! Your garden is just beautiful. I loved seeing the birds, bees and squirrel. The sounds are great. I really look forward to seeing more! And the bar-be-que. Okay, that does it, I'm coming to your place!!
Beautiful garden! Spring has arrived...yippie! My favorite time of the year! :-) I need to come for a visit soon and share some of the yummies from the grill...AND to have a few GreatGig Martinis!! :-)
I loved this! I am so itching to get into the yard and my gardens. However we are in the middle of a huge snow storm! Thanks for sharing this with all of us!
Your garden is so beautiful, i like the wave shape on the grass! That bird singing is amazing! I like your camera zoom, also great in macro, we have to talk about it! What is she teaching him at the end, is that supposed to be spanish? lol. By the way he talks i can tell he was super bored! lol
lol, I was like"learning Portuguese?" Then I realized what you meant! Actually, Jeff(the other NewYorkGardener) is learing Italian. Hes going to Italy this summer.
The first bird is a cardinal, the one at hte end is a Robin. Or maybe you knew that.
LOVED this. You know how much I love you wandering in your garden. Thanks for the tags. I was able to figure out that that bird was a robin! :) Ya know we don't have those, so it is alway s great to figure out what is what.

But the sausage really did taste like spruce. Now, if I tell you that the cottage fries tasted like tinsel, you can have me committed! LOL

That was sausage with feta cheese and spinach.

Hi Lilly!
I can write and speak some words in Spanish. I used to speak a little bit at a job I had. Now I do not have the chance to speak Spanish so often.

Yes, yes, I figured that out following the tags. The second one.
I thought it was Italian (with the "o" on the end of that one word) but thought maybe not :)
