I would like to eat cucumber kimchi right away when I am done making. I don't like sour cumcumer kimchi. So please put kimchi in the refrigerator right away.
the first time i made this my mom totally liked it, cuz traditionally us filipinos, we like to eat pickled papaya, but then i don't like those, so i made some of this and i let my mom tried it, she totally loved it, and she kept asking me when am i gonna make more, cuz she said it tasted better than pickled papaya...when i make them i use carrots, onions, and garlic, and i soak the cucumbers in seasalt, idk but i like it that way.
She reminds me of my Halmonie; it always makes me smile :) Now I can impress her with my good cooking (hoping for the best!) :D
