  • I was in cross creek for over two years, Rob Seher from group 7, therapist Brian Parker. Man was that place insane, some people got it a lot worse than others, and I feel sorry for the people who got it bad like me. Reoccurring nightmares, permanent damage, can't even explain..

  • @SeherCinema no one deserves such things, and you are not alone, many are affected. I hope you continue to educate yourself, learn more about the many facets of bad things happening, and are always surrounded by those who will understand what happened to you!

  • The more I research this, the more pissed I get.

Really, I have to stop getting info on this, the anger is affecting my actual life right now...

  • I was sent to Sky View Academy back in 07. I was sent there FROM Horizon Academy (also in Nevada) after 3 months of my mom being fed up that she could not speak with me over the phone. I was sent with "kidnappers" on my journey to this new school with no explanation of where i was going. The two women that transported me had NO credibility to be transporting someone else's child, and if i wasn't so brainwashed I would have jumped out of the car and screamed for help. These are low-life people.

  • David Gilcrease was part of the corrupt and abusive school in Jamaica called Tranquility Bay as well as Cross Creak Manor. He is a pedophile. He is the founder of a controversial group called Resource Realizations. He is adept in psychological brainwashing. He has also been know to grope students at these seminars.

  • This place sounds like the Sunlight Gardener Home from Stephen King's "The Talisman"

  • @roguetrip99 Yes, and it is interesting to note that Stephen King usually provides an ending where "good" triumphs. His books and Dean Koontz's books are banned at most, if not all of these programs. We think it is because it would help the children keep their wits about them and stay strong while imprisoned in these bizarre cults/programs. Read the books and if that doesn't work for everyone, watch a movie or two. ; )

  • @roguetrip99 I attended Cross Creek. 2 years of hell man. I was lucky that my parents took me their but some of the kids were transported their in the middle of the night cross country buy the transporter service. They've been trying to shut this place down since before I went there and i left in 2004.

  • My heart goes out to this family because like Casey I was sent to Cross Creek only I wasn't as lucky as he was I was imprisioned there for 19 months. I still have nightmares about what all went on there and I've been home for over a year. The sounds of the tapes that played everyday during our meals still play in my head, the abuse I saw inflicted on others when they "misbehaved" will haunt me forever, and all the abuse I endured because I refused to be brainwashed will NEVER leave me.

  • To put a note here, I'm a teenager, 16.

  • continuing from reply to xDEADLOCKEDx2468 below... HEAL also believes (and this is supported by District Attorneys/Prosecutors) that escorts are hired kidnappers. Rick Santorum (GOP Candidate/former Sen.) is on the board of UHS, Inc. Michelle Bachmann's husband runs an unlicensed counseling center. Mitt Romney had both Mel Sembler (Straight, Inc. founder) and Robert Lichfield (WWASPS founder) as advisors in 2008. So, everything beatnikjd said appears to be accurate and supported.

  • I was in the Bridge Program behavior modification facility. It wasn't as bad as these places, but it still sucked. Were were physically mishandled and mistreated. It was in Maryland. It wasn't a residential program and wasn't run by WWASP, it was run by affiliates of WWASP. Of course, because of MCPS oversight, they didn't do anything to physically harsh, but they pushed their legal rights to the limits. Three teachers and one former student involved with the program died, all of natural causes.

  • you guys should watch "The war on kids" shocking documentary

  • We always talk about human rights abuses OVERSEAS. Look no farther than Utah, folks.

  • I don't even consider the U.S. to be a modern nation because of this

  • @MaxOfS2D You aren't alone

The United States and Somalia are the only countries on earth to not have signed the international agreement on the rights of the child

  • I was in Paradise Cove in Samoa from 1995-1997. Believe me when I say, those places are nothing more than glorified prisons built to suck money out of parents with rebellious kids. They're nothing more than abusive prisons full of lies.

  • @ObiTeninch

I know a girl who went to Casa by the Sea....did they take you at night?

  • Those that went to an American facility have had the very least of it. WWASP ARE CRIMINALS WHO SEXUALLY AND PHYSICALLY ABUSE CHILDREN. All the programs outside the states have been shut down because of illegal activity. DO RESEARCH. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LIES TYPE: livelinks on google, enter that site , then in the search type tranquility bay..... this will answer a lot of questions

  • I cried when I saw this. I am a parent who was not believed by the courts - and could not get my son out. My custody rights were trampled upon by the Mesa AZ courts (lichfield and wwasp have huge money ties here) and my sons rights were trampled in every way by the program. Finally his dads money ran out- thank god- and he was released from the program Its all about the money anyway for them.

  • that bastard narvin lichfield may be contacted at youtube account: NARV9

This devout mormon prays, lives, and breathes his religion, I just didn't know Mormon's believed in child abuse, negligence. He's too pussy to reply, he knows what he did. I'm for forgiving but not avoiding. Give this shit a piece of your mind and explain the pain you endured. I sure did, this guy lives off of my parents money, it's absolutely appaling. FUCK HIM!

  • gop style drug treatment complete with professional kidnappers! All involved need to be in prison!

  • @beatnikjd I disagree.

  • @xDEADLOCKEDx2468 What do you disagree with, exactly? Do you disagree with the fact that people who defraud families and abuse children should be in prison? Or, do you disagree that the escorts are, in fact, hired kidnappers? Or, is it that you disagree that the GOP/Republican Party is complicit and involved in supporting and financing abusive treatment programs? HEAL agrees that people who defraud families and abuse children should be prosecuted. to be continued.

  • @HEALwantsTEENliberty I most likely disagree with the fact that people who defraud families and abuse children should be in prison, or in this case, I disagree with all.

  • @xDEADLOCKEDx2468 On what basis do you disagree? Do you believe that it is acceptable to break the law by committing fraud, child abuse, kidnapping, etc.? If you believe that it is not acceptable to break the law, what do you believe would be an appropriate response to those who commit crimes against families and the public?

  • These mormon bastards are sick. Behavioral Modification, if that isnt some Hitler-esque shit right there. These bastards charge $3,500 a MONTH for these kids to get a high school diploma. And they end up staying and living there 24/7 for a year and a half. Long enough for them to brainwash them, and accomplish nothing academically wise because they are ALL non-accredited schools that are run by a former non-profit, now for-profit corporation I never knew the world was so evil until i saw mormons

  • It was Dwayne the ex marine that brow beat parents into fear and isolation, on Lichfields payroll! The MO was to tell parents, children are their biggest asset! If you couldn't afford the school, they had companies that would loan money as a second on the house, so even poor parents could sign their assets away.

Afew were allowed to leave at 18, but pennyless, a tactic used to make them dependent. Employees were sworn to secretcy, though some talked!

    92 million in one year!

  • Lichfield got a gag order on his own sister-in-law because she knew to much. It extended beyond the statute of limitations. Some of these schools are legit WAASP is not! I lived in Hurricane Utah and represented a child abuse prevention non profit, living 2 miles from Cross Creek. They were to secretive to get honest info. Later when an issue crossed with Lichfields operation, our unrelated activist did searches and found who was paid off! He needs to do jail time!

  • @fincenMIB The money trail here is incredible> courts, legislators, you name it. And the entire town seems to be silenced. I had Disability Law workers in there and they were not allowed to interview students separate from staff... nor which did they pursue which is absolutely unheard of. Utah is corrupt. I live for the day Cross creek and wwasps closes for ever and the schools are burnt to the ground. SHAME ON THE WORKERS WHO KNOW THE TRUTH!!!!!!

  • I still have nightmares from being at cross creek,

  • I think that you all need to own up to your short comings and stop blaming your problems on your parents. You were sent to this facility for a reason and.......Bwhahahaha I'm fucking with you. these places need to burn and I hope the kay family dies in a slow and painful way.

  • Okay I spent over 2 years at Cross Creek and was not able to communicate with another human being for over a month! AND THEY BRAINWASH PARENTS: 1)Scare tactics are imposed to make initial commitment 2)Seminars feed them seemingly correct OPPINIONS for hours upon hours, followed by the "release process," in which endorphines are secreted in vast amounts due to release of anxiety/stress.

Therefore the OPPINIONS are linked to unprescidented SHORT-TERM absolute happiness.

    basic psychology

  • i was put in Spring Creek Lodge in Montana, then sent to Utah because of my age. I have yet to forgive my mother for sending to me to places that already had bad reputations. Upon arrival i noticed the majority of the children had been placed there for reasons far worse than my own.

  • Thats terribe........... did your mother at least asked you to forgive her?

  • i was put in Spring Creek Lodge in Montana, then sent to Utah because of my age. I have yet to forgive my mother for sending to me to places that already had bad reputations. Upon arrival i noticed the majority of the children had been placed there for reasons far worse than my own.

  • I escaped from Cross Creek. the best "bad" decision iv ever made.

Cant hold truth from roots that grow deep.

U should knw that if u dnt u are the evil one doing the devils deeds.fuck Cross Creek and pray for the staff . For they dnt knw what they do. OR DO THEY?

  • They brainwash the kids and do them so much harm! The tuition costs more that the finest universities in the country! These places should be shut down.

  • Because a lot of people dont give a shit, and nothing physical happended to me personally

  • I went there 2004-2005. Nobody can even begin to tell anyone else what it was like for us in there.

  • Why don't you speak out about it then?

  • @rosenatashacardella its definatly something that you had to be there to understand and if you have never been to ccm or any wwasp program for that matter you just dont get it

  • I went to Cross Creek 2004-2005 Nobody can even begin to tell anyone else what it was like in there. It was something I never like to remember

  • a friend of mine was in one of the worst of these facilities.

it was on an island in the pacific, so it must have been the samoan facility.

he was like 15 or 16 when he went. he was a little thug, doing/selling drugs, tagging, fighting, and stealing...

his father was a high ranking official in the police (or possibly sheriff) and probably wanted to avoid having his kid getting in lots of public trouble.

I have not read, seen, or heard any account that accurately describes these places.

  • That is Paradise Cove.

  • i went to carolina springs from 2002-2003.

i eventually go saved from by my biological father after a custody battle. he picked me up at 2 am one night after 9 months of imprisonment.

    these ARE prisons!

  • Dude i went to cross creek from May 07 to NOV 07. walked on my 18th birthday. best decision i ever made. fuck that place

  • I may have accidentally blocked riotstick67, if I did, please tell me how to undo it. Not my intention. Some idiot who doesn't recognize two parents speaking of their direct experience with the people at cross creek as being firsthand "non-child" testimony keeps posting stupid comments. Stupid people shouldn't breed.

  • I went to spring creek lodge. This doesn't even begin to scratch the surface.

  • Excellent exposure to the truth about behavior modification programs! The truth must be told! We must stand together to end the torture and abuse of Americas youth!

  • I just read a book about Cross Creek and other WWASPS facilities. It's called Help At Any Cost, by Maia Szalavitz. It describes the abuses at these programs. You should check it out.
