  • if u want to benefit from this u need to go against a wall hes using his back and gravity are helping in lifting and pulling the weights so u dont get the full workout

  • This is such a great workout, im only 14, but this just burns everypart of your arm :)

  • This can also be done by using disk-plate weights... just grip the center hole with your hand... the weights can be the same as with dumbbells but they dont tend to clang together as easily. . another motion is to place your arms at chest level and swing them wide then narrow horizontally, crossing them one above the other directly pointing away from your chest. the same cris-cross motion can be performed overhead as well.

  • It was just an example. Could of used some more diversity in the exercises hes showed. I been using the body transformation workouts at vastmuscle (.com) and its been good so far... now thats whats up

  • This should be more like a 5 or 6 minute workout, but he sped through it (sacrificing form a bit) to make it shorter. Take your time though.. Form is most important

  • i started bodybuilding about 8 months ago. and i do some of this workout, the hammer curls at the beginning of the video work to get mass if you use a lot of weight. but still mix up your bicep work outs and if your doing concentration curls and you want big biceps when you curl to your chest turn your wrist away from your body to peak your bicep than back down.

  • ok so i v been working out for while but lately and i got bigger but lately it seems iv gotten smaller and iv been working out intensky it is realy pissing me off that v gotten smaller even though im still working out

    Exactly, this is what you do to get a pump before going out on a weekend night, not for a real workout and especially not throwing the weight around like this.

  • @mathieu777 I was kinda thinking the same thing and also hoping for some triceps. I'm going to do this workout though because it effective but I'll include some triceps and maybe try it for 5 minutes. Thanks fitproworld.

  • WOW THX! this has already given me improvement in the first few days. O ya and one suggestion when you do curls try bringing them up further, just an idea

  • ur pretty much cheating when u do curls with one arm, even if ur getting sore you shouldnt do that.

  • i'm sorry guys but if your looking for quickest results it just doesn't happen in a day, if u develope a workout that works for you and you keep at it eventually u will see results. Weight training isn't for the lazy xD but when you finish nothin feels better if you ask me ;) (sides sex of corse)

  • no offense but u should curl with the block part of the weights to the back and front of u then twist them up

  • your movements are very sloppy, leaning against a wall while curling will improve the focus on the biceps better. PLUS, to see results the fastest, you must work and train consistently and its ALWAYS important to eat right!!!
