hate how it takes forever to match make in Gears 2, my friend and I tried to play a game online and it restarted the search 5 times even after finding both teams.

I also think they shouldn't have changed the gameplay. Making better graphics, weapons, and maps is fine. But they changed WAY to much. In Halo, over the years from Halo 1 to 3, they made better graphics, etc... But they didn't change the gameplay. (the movement and controls). WHY THE FUCK DIDN'T THEY DO THAT. I am NOT, a Halo fan, and yet I would play any Halo game over this piece of shit ANYDAY.

If you play with your friends and just dont play it likes it's GoW1 where you die a million times to get the sniper and just blindfire across the map and expect to get headshots and then get frustrated. Gears2 is a different game. It's more tactical and takes more skill unless you get stuck with chainsaw whores or something like that. other than that if you play the game on a good connection like its supposed to be play, you will have a lot of fun.

I dont think I can explain my anger in less then 500 words but here we go. I remember when this game came out I was at gamestop at midnight and got the game and played the campaign all night and at around 7 am I finally wanted to play online and I thought it was a joke .
If you look at GOW if you were not good at the game you didnt like it have you ever meet someone who was always bad at the game and kept playing it , So I think that cliff b when he made GOW2 he wanted a game were anyone could get a kill. I play GOW since the day it came out and when they announced GOW2 I Played Gow even more. But if I look at GOW2 they tried to make the maps more graphica
Also if you look at GOW the hole game looks grimy and gory know if I do kill someone with a shotgun in Gow1 it looks like there body was turned in to big chunks of bloody wet dog food, but in Gow2 it looks like I have extreme content off.
Im going to Break down what is else wrong with the game. First of the Shotgun Why did they change it now it shoots like a musket. Another weapon problem with the game the torque bow, back in GOW the torque bow actually took skill because it didnt take only a second to charge up ,but know you hear that creaking noise
for only a second and now you dont even have to hit them if you get with in a 5 ft radius they will die, but when I look back I wanted this but not like that I wanted it to be only if it was with in a one ft away. One thing I like is the no active down with the sniper. And if they would have just balanced the map weapon spawn out take river for example they packed power weapons all over they fucked up bad.
Another thing when I play a game for a wile that has weapons that spawn why would they alternate it just pisses me off that im expecting torque bow and I get the sniper. I dont want to go over the grenades because I can talk for ever. Another way they messed up was I think cliffy b wanted to make the game have more of a flow but when you roll quicker then you run if fucks up the flow.
I also want to briefly talk about the host problem when all the hype of GOW2 was coming out I remember that cliffy b said that there was gana be no host really I didnt care in Gow1 about the host because I knew who it was and all I had to do was get active, but now I dont know who he is till he kills are whole team. One last thing that is really pissed me off about gow2 is the blind fire with the shotgun they made it so you have to hard aim every time.
I also have a question witch I would want every one who reads this to answer is if you play Gow would you have played $80 for a game called GOW2 that all epic had to do was add new characters, weapons, campaign and horde.

I gave my to a friend. The game honestly wouldn't have been so bad if it didn't lag 100x worse than the Halo (PC) demo and they focused on the glitches instead of gameplay tweaks. I grew to accept that Epic is a bunch of tards and the lag wasnt going to be fixed, so I gave the disc to my friend. I bought the collectors edition used for $54 and gamestop gave me the flashback maps for free. If he ever gives me it back, I will post a video of me destroying all the contents of the collectors edition

Last weekend i took the game out of my system took a wood saw cut it up into slivers and pushed it into my pencil sharpener than took my cousins and finished playing.
on christmas 2009 i got a new tv 35inch and i was playin gears of gay 2 to see how it looked in hd and i got 2piced about 30times in 3 games and the same day i got the tv is when i got so pissed i throw my controller at the tv and smashed the screen coz of this shity game oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oo and on my friends list i have 25 playin gow1 and 2playin gow2 i have 59 friends in totall
Look on the bright side, at least this way ( with how horrible, and disgusting Gears 2 is ) people can now make montage after montage of how bad it is - like the glitches, the bad kids, and how its set up so that way people who have no idea how to play, can get kills. The fun is in Title update 3, before I got as pissed off as you trooper, but with the major changes they've made, especially to the ranking system, I've found it much more funner.
You know what would be awesome? The REAL gears of war movie that will come out. Marcus will be running toward some locusts and the locusts will toss a smoke, and for the next 90 minutes shows Marcus falling down a set of stairs. In the alternate ending, another smoke is tossed and marcus gets shotgunned.

If you play with your friends and just dont play it likes it's GoW1 where you die a million times to get the sniper and just blindfire across the map and expect to get headshots and then get frustrated. Gears2 is a different game. It's more tactical and takes more skill unless you get stuck with chainsaw whores or something like that. other than that if you play the game on a good connection like its supposed to be play, you will have a lot of fun.

Im going to Break down what is else wrong with the game. First of the Shotgun Why did they change it now it shoots like a musket. Another weapon problem with the game the torque bow, back in GOW the torque bow actually took skill because it didnt take only a second to charge up ,but know you hear that creaking noise

for only a second and now you dont even have to hit them if you get with in a 5 ft radius they will die, but when I look back I wanted this but not like that I wanted it to be only if it was with in a one ft away. One thing I like is the no active down with the sniper. And if they would have just balanced the map weapon spawn out take river for example they packed power weapons all over they fucked up bad.

Another thing when I play a game for a wile that has weapons that spawn why would they alternate it just pisses me off that im expecting torque bow and I get the sniper. I dont want to go over the grenades because I can talk for ever. Another way they messed up was I think cliffy b wanted to make the game have more of a flow but when you roll quicker then you run if fucks up the flow.

I also want to briefly talk about the host problem when all the hype of GOW2 was coming out I remember that cliffy b said that there was gana be no host really I didnt care in Gow1 about the host because I knew who it was and all I had to do was get active, but now I dont know who he is till he kills are whole team. One last thing that is really pissed me off about gow2 is the blind fire with the shotgun they made it so you have to hard aim every time.

I gave my to a friend. The game honestly wouldn't have been so bad if it didn't lag 100x worse than the Halo (PC) demo and they focused on the glitches instead of gameplay tweaks. I grew to accept that Epic is a bunch of tards and the lag wasnt going to be fixed, so I gave the disc to my friend. I bought the collectors edition used for $54 and gamestop gave me the flashback maps for free. If he ever gives me it back, I will post a video of me destroying all the contents of the collectors edition

You know what would be awesome? The REAL gears of war movie that will come out. Marcus will be running toward some locusts and the locusts will toss a smoke, and for the next 90 minutes shows Marcus falling down a set of stairs. In the alternate ending, another smoke is tossed and marcus gets shotgunned.

For some reason.. I went to the midnight release.. FROZE MY ASS OFF for a piece of shit, I'm with you on the first few weeks thinking the game was bad ass. Then I sold it.. And I just bought it again.. 1 > 2 I only have like 3 people on my friends list that play number 2 haha. Thats the only reason I got it. I've thrown my controller at my TV numberless amount of times.
