Hmmmm try slowing it down. There is no need rush in Muay Tha, take it slow, and rhythmic would be better. Think of it as looking for an open chance or chance for a counterattack then BOOM strike hard and fast. Short but powerful combos. Like mrwit3 said keep your hands up to your eyebrows. Best way to help is put on the wai kru music it actually has a a rhythm where you move your body with it. Kinda like bum bum bum BOOM.
Train hard fiight easy bro :) good luck and see ya in Thailand one day
whats so funny is I was going to ask him the same thing....I train with Kru Phil nurse who was Masters Skens first champions. I'll be in England soon to train with him and also Sandy Holt.. but on the other hand BEN you need to focus more on what you want to do with technique instead of power...you're kicking more with your foot than the shins so in all honesty it's looking a bit sloppy. Keep practicing and try working on being more polished. CHEERS!
Dude, I'm really impressed, I'm practicing Muay Thai in France but you seem so fast and powerful ! Really nice, keep up the good work, I'll try to fight like this someday !
nice man! good training ! :D
