I think the catchphrase came from the old ladies he knew in his life you can imagine them saying. My dad used to say shut the door so that was another saying, comes from the cold winters and snow remember that we used to have. WONDERFUL LARRY.
like, this guy from my school was singing this song all during art class and like everyone at out table was laughing at him....he was laughing too, but anyway we all asked what he was singing and he said he found it on youtube....i dont know why ANYONE would want to upload this!!!!!

Here in Japan, there's no central heating.
My girlfriend always leaves the damn door open, as I cower over a tiny heater. "SHUT THAT DOOR" I shout on a regular basis.
