@Libelle1963 Ok, liebe Kerstin... nur für dich: Das Lied ist meinem alten Hof gewidmet, wo ich als Kind gespielt habe, Regenwürmer und Schnecken betrachtet habe und die Blätter des Vogelbeerbaumes nach meiner Zukunft befragt habe. Und... von der Teppichklopfstange aus gesehen stand die Welt auf dem Kopf... Ich denke, du wirst ähnliche Erinnerungen haben, oder?

@dholeton Hallo Dave, I wrote this song about my old courtyard, where I played as a kid. It was an easy and lucky time. We had only grass, trees, a sandbox and a carpet beating bar. But we did not need anymore and we seldom watched TV. Hehe... we had not internet and no cellphones... how were we able to survive this? :-)
