One of the best documentaries I have ever seen. It reflects exactly my personal thinking about the status of the commercial world ruling everything. The international banks play a very important role in this corporatisation of the future world. Companies and their shareholders behave like parasites and maybe even worse. We see this happening on a daily schedule precisely planed and followed through. It is important to keep the eyes open. The impotence to do something against it will rule.

One of the best documentaries I have ever seen. It reflects exactly my personal thinking about the status of the commercial world ruling everything. The international banks play a very important role in this corporatisation of the future world. Companies and their shareholders behave like parasites and maybe even worse. We see this happening on a daily schedule precisely planed and followed through. It is important to keep the eyes open. The impotence to do something against it will rule.

Regarding artificial intelligence or "super-human" intelligence, it will never happen. 1st: no science, which is a real science, can prove that cognitive processes happen in the brain: that a being thinks with a brain. Thought processes are not structural. The brain is merely a physical mechanism that monitors mechanical processes of the bodies, but it is not the "I", it can't think. "In the beginning..." already means time has started, otherwise there wouldn't be a sequence to be in the beginning of. Time is never credited to God. Also, there's that whole making light before inventing sources for light problem in the origin story. Not to mention the water above the sky thing. @elm1230 Working online has its good and bad sides :p but ok there are more good sides :) I think it would be relatively easy for them to control it. They just need to be able to close or block web sites that don't follow any set of rules. Hence no webmaster would play with that cause they can get the sites closed in a blink. Why are ppl so scared of being integrated with technology (fear of the unknown perhaps?) We are already machines, organic or not it makes no difference, it is the job of the self-aware to make something greater than itself(call it directed evolution or whateva) Nano technology is much further away from anywhere near overcoming the issues surrounding making something function in that size, let alone powering it for more than a few hours(human-kind should be so lucky!)

yes and no, all of those are dialectic concepts. greed vs generosity, envy vs contentment, suffering vs joy etc. that are linked to our biological existence but themselves existing only in the metaphysical. if you upload your conscious existence onto a computer, you'll deprive yourself of both set of emotions. you'll lose the ability to empathize, effectively becoming a calculator.

But more of what I see is inconsistent New Age presentations, from different people, various over the top conspiracy theories, some random stuff about spirits and who knows what.
