If a cop even turns on his lights without probable cause he can be cited for a crime, (if the motorist knows how to proceed). thats great! so many dumbasses have their stereo blasting while theyre texting and never look at their mirrors. i drive for a living and i cant beleive how long some law officers have lights and siren on behind someone in the fast lane trying to get around them on the interstateand the bad driver doesnt even realize theyre behind them. its ridiculous.

I see alot of complaints about this being a waste of american tax dollars.. Well just think about if you ever call the cops because you, your family or your friend's lives are in danger that the cop responding to the call is probably getting stuck about 15 feet behind some idiot that has his damn rap turned up so loud that he can't hear the sirens behind him and he's too stupid then to pay attention to his rearview mirrors... It happens to me on a daily basis..
