Anyway from what I can tell from watching all the youtube videos, Sony seems to handle the s60 software much better than Nokia. Which is really annoying.

Anyone who knows anything about Cameras will know that picture quality is all about the size and sensitivity of the sensor. Mpixels do not matter. If this phone means I don't have to take a separate camera out when clubbing, it wins, hands down!

I don't have the link on hand, but a photo website did a review of the camera specs. (so far!) of the Idou. Now, I'm no camera guru, but it looks like it will be a really nice digital camera replacement for some people.

As for the megapixel thing, it's really only the constraint on how large your pictures can be without getting all blurry.

I think MP also affects the zoom of the camera which is great because camera phones always have TERRIBLE zooming ability.

The size of the sensor and the amount of megapixels are related to eachother. You simly can't make a 30 megapixel camera with a half - frame sensor.
