As a neutral and having flown with both Indian and PIA, i think Air Indian is by far better! Air Indian is simply getting better and better just as Indian economy is becoming one of the major economies in of the world. @62ashishdhiman Your A380s cant even fly if only one of the four jet engines is malfunctioned or has become faulty for some reason, but a 747 can fly with only 1 engine for about 2 hours in case of any emergency and the pilot can still control the aircraft if there is some hydraulics malfunction! My work necessitates my frequent travel across the world. i have flown Ai and PIA multiple times and except for one flight from LHR to Middle East, where a brand new 777 was in use, every other PIA flight proved grossly inadequate in terms of comfort, punctuality and entertainent. It is up to you to accept it or not, but this is a totally unbiased assessment.
