I think the lips are too bold for the eyes. If she was gonna go bold with the eyes, she should've went with a sheer pink or a nude/beige color. If she was going to use the bright pink for her lips, she should've went with gold, brown, or smokey eye with some optional false lashes, maybe some demi lashes instead. It's not all bad, I just think she could've done better. Strictly unbiased view from a first time viewer...

I just think that Michelle Phan is more for people who need a wearable look for normal things, like school, or jobs, etc., while Asahi is for crazy, beautiful, in your face, celebration looks.

I think they're both good, but depending on what you're looking for is what makes the difference.

@Greyraiiin It's the other way around, unfortunately ): MP has ripped several of Asahi's looks in the past but with sloppier technique. I don't have any opinion on MP, but I had to speak up because I don't think Asahi deserves her reputation to be wrongly affected.
