I wonder how the adrenal glands affect Asperger's Syndrome and Type 1 diabetes, as well as hypothyroidism. I'm hoping that there is a breakthrough drug soon for Asperger's Syndrome. I'm tired of having chemical imbalances throughout my brain and body.
To help with cortisol issues, Dr Ferguson recommends: - DHEA - Vitamin C - Phosphatidyl Serine - Chromium - St. John's Wort For adrenal fatigue/exhaustion, he recommends: - B Vitamins - Magnesium - Adaptogenic Herbs (ginseng, rosemary, etc.) - Licorice (do not take if you have high blood pressure)
@mckohtz yep! my blood pressure is low and the doctor had nothing for me, dumb. i will never listen to a gp again, they don't care, they just want the government check before you can die.
He's totally right about the stress and weight loss from muscle. I was extremely stressed over a job I used to work. It cost me 20 pounds of muscular tissue weight.
What are this herb around 6:40, gortucola, sintella? Can somebody spell that for me. I am not a native English speaking ...

@Soulnik if you have adrenal fatigue exhaustion you should have low blood pressure! So eating licorice would be good!
