Yeah, the Pokémon Anime got very repetitive after Johto. They kept recycling the same ideas and hardly came up with anything original. They also made the Anime more childish, trying to appeal to a much younger audience.

Nice play-through videos, don't worry about pronunciation - it doesn't really matter.

Your rant probably lasted a little to long but i can understand if you're frustrated. I don't watch the anime either (except for a few occasions). The charakters are just to unlikable for me and the pokemons constantly saying their names gets old fast. Ash is also an idiot :P

But it lacks that "entertaining" bit.

Speed runs have some strategy to them, in terms of forcing route planning. I personally like to find ways to beat gym leaders with random crap I just caught, too. Minimize the grinding...hax!

I have serious issues with some of the typical competitive clauses ----> evasion is banhammer'd, but t-wave is A OK? When there are moves that bypass the former or negate it, and fewer for the latter? Really?
