he is at a light jog there so not alot of heel to the butt going on there plus he is standing tall and not letting gravity take him forward. I you see a good paced jog or run, then you will see the total difference in movements. I am in the Army, and I am going through a pose class now. Most of the work is supplied by your hamstrings and if you are doing it correctly, you will feel it. Your knees will not be coming up to much as you are trying to make a figure 4 with your leg heel to butt.
You're leaning forward - you need to be upright.

This doesn't look like the pose method to me. In other views they seem to be lifting their knees higher.
