This thing used to happen to me two, sometimes three times a night. It always comes to me in my dream in the form of a woman. When i know that something is wrong, I wake myself only to find the goddamn thing looking me right in the eye. I know that Im awake, but there is nothing I can do about it. She feeds on me. This is as close to death that anyone can be. When Im able to move again, I go straight to the fridge to get some milk or something. there are no words that can describe this horror.
I've had this a couple times and each time something was trying to crawl out from under my bed, like it was stuck. I was able to wake up before it got out. Even if it was purely mental and not some spiritual thing attacking me, I don't want to be face to face with something my imagination could come up with, lol.

It seamed to attack her almost instantly as soon as she fell asleep. I would actually hear her struggling and moaning and would wake her up from the attacK! It would take its time for me or wait a few days or weeks but would always come. It would attack us at her apt too, about 15 miles away.
We just dealt with it if your wondering why and the money I was saving was the factor. lol After about 2.5 years I finally moved out and it followed me to my next move.
A friend helps me move during the night. On our last trip of stuff a small egg crashes on the Vans window as were driving. No one would believe this but we both know its true. He had trouble believing my ghost stories until then. No idea where this egg came from that late and the road we were on was without any viewable people who could have thrown it. It was the size of 2 or 3 peanut M&M's. I took it as as sign I wasn't free from it and my friend directed us to pray right there and we did!
Somewhere in 2007 it seamed to lose its power to exist in my life or has moved on or took a vacation??? I did turn to God more in my life and in one dream finally saw what it was and who it was that was attacking me for those years.
My dream was in grayish black and white. I felt the most evil and powerful scary feeling that cannot be felt on earth or in life. I was so scared my heart was pounding as if to break thru my chest and cause me a heart attack. I couldnt see what it was tho!
Im laying there looking up into blackness or space, pitch black! A fear never felt in my real life!!! And I know what fear is! I'd freely jump into a moving bus than battle with the evil I could feel. God or angles decided to help me and my mouth commanded it to leave my life in God's name! I swear the words were so beautiful and commanding that I can't really tell you what I said, but it was along those lines. I felt powerful too as they were coming out of me! For once!
I then saw a beautiful oval-ish shaped faced woman! She was grayish white with pure smooth skin and black hair. She had a agony of defeat look on her face as she drifted across the pitch black sky above me until she disappeared! :) She really was beautiful but had millions of years of evil inside and out is how I can best describe her. All of this is true and I like this video and just had to share it for others out there that can relate to this awful sleep issue.

My girlfriend saw a huge shadow move across the living room floor and wouldn't come back in for about 2-3 months of begging her.
I then said in a commanding voice that a boy could muster up "NO!" I broke free and it was over immediately! I then cried out waking up my sister and my parents came rushing in. I had about a handful, (maybe 5?) of these occurrences in the mid or late 70's, tho I never saw a figure, but could feel the evil and power it emitted. I never had the blanket pulled again and it just would always remain a paralysis and not able to yell out, tho I would be forcibly screaming for help!
Im almost 38. I had my first sleep paralysis at 6-7 yrs of age. I too had it pull my cover down from both sides & ft of the bed. Whatever it was was evil and invisible. I went on free from these spooky experiences and they became good ghost stories to tell friends and family untiL I moved into a Aunt & Uncles house they bought that was built in the 50's or 60's and would rent out. Her daughter (my cousin) decided to share it with me in 2004, so we could both save money and just split the utilities. I would spend the night as a little boy hundreds of times and never had a problem to hang with her brother (my cousin).
The first week I moved in, I started to have weird dreams (very weird!) and then it was just too frequent. I told my cousin and my aunt and then they decided to reveal to me that the house had two ghost but that they were friendly! A little girl that would be seen playing around (seen by 2 aunts) and an old mans ghost. It blew my mind! I had lotts of history in this house and not once did they talk about it and I never saw anything! Whatever it was, decided it didn't like me or my girlfriend.

I've had this a couple times and each time something was trying to crawl out from under my bed, like it was stuck. I was able to wake up before it got out. Even if it was purely mental and not some spiritual thing attacking me, I don't want to be face to face with something my imagination could come up with, lol.

Ripping of the sheet of my bed, I experienced myself once, after hearing footsteps coming across the stairs into my room.
However, this had notthing to do with paralysis.
I got out of bed and I didn't dare to sleep upstairs anymore for 3 days...
