He enjoys the ear cleaning. That's why he is putting up his feet. Because it is itching and it feels so good for him when his ears get cleaned. I do this to my cat on regular basis as well and she really enjoys that too.

The funny thing is, that my cat also loves to smell at that qtip after the cleaning. Cats are really curious! :)
