The boat scene in Twin Dragons was better than the boat scene in The Protector.

@Blazeofdoom: Lol I got about 10 troma movies most of which are extremely bad, with the exception of Toxic Avenger 1&2, Combat Shock and Class of Nukem High.

Interesting review. I always keep the IMDB page open when watching your recommendations.

The Rated R thing was maybe at the time, 1985 a valid ratings. In the 1980s the MPA of America was quite strict with those.

I agree with some of the stunt scenes, who might look a bit cheapish but again for the 1980s it seems it was average.

The chinese copy of the PROTECTOR might be a boot legged version, although with audio com, its doubtful. Still there might be one out there with deleted scenes ..

Great job with the review. I remember this being a forgettable flick, although I do enjoy Shakedown.

@ramboraph4life: It's been a while (about 5 years) since I saw shakedown (AKA Blue Jean Cop) but I think I'll give it another watch, sometimes theres movies when u dont enjoy them the first time for whatever reason (E.G: Mood, Expectation Etc.) but when u see them later on, they are not as bad as you'd remember them lol
