I'm still practicing, but really speed is you friend when learning. To go backside and just lay out like I did here is easiest too. Just get a feel for when your wheels break loose and how freely they slide with your weight off the board, then work your way up, putting less and less weight on your hands. And never grab "stink bug" (with your had between your legs).
