The fucking do gooder calling out the license number while filming a cyclist catching a ride home on the hood of a car needs his ass kicked. The driver was just helping out. Instead of charging driver with kidnapping, he should be given a medal. The militant "I do own the f'n road" cyclist should be charged also, impairing the operation of a vehicle. Ban the bikes, or have set dates for "open season" on cyclists. Get tags from the state to bag one.! I'm certain the biker got home early that day!

I live in teh Pearl. These G Damn Bikers DO NOT obey the rules. They run red lights and stop signs. Where are the cops haning out tickets? They are sitting in Peets Coffee, or Starbucks 99%of the time. This "type" of rage happens quite often! What difference does it make if it is between a biker and car or two drivers? Search "road rage" on here and you can see all kinds of incidents. And, think of how many incidents don't get recorded!  Now, if drivers and cyclist would obey a BIG rule of the road and not drive or ride drunk, maybe less of this type of rage would happen.
