The biker was going way too fast & drifted wide. If he had been travelling at a more reasonable speed the car driver would have cleared the intersection. Looks as if he is braking. The reason it appears he is aiming for the car is that the bike is straightening up from a lean. Either the heavy braking cause the bike to straighten or the rider straightened in order to brake. Either way the bike stops turning and begins to track a straight line. I hope the rider survived.

Also, the rider suffered a classic case of, "I'm going to hit it, nothing I can do" and drove straight into the problem, half by the fact that he was hard on the brakes and half because he locked his shoulders.
