  • Thanks for the comment AnkurPankur! Even just practicing the breath this way is sooo relaxing.

  • Yep - while laying down, one hand on the chest, the other hand on the stomache; while breathing deeply, the hand on the stomach should be the one rising more than the one on the chest.
