you get the carts by finding them on walks and you get to control the carts once you have them also when you click R you change the view and there are only 3 carts in the game mario, peach and bowser

u find them on walks. i have a mario kart on my daschund game, and a BOWSER kart on my chihuahua game! but 4 sum reason, the dogs r scared of the bowser kart. if u want, i can shoot a vid of my dogs freaking out @ bowser...
