  • Well, parents are likely to hate their kids, whether they are gay or straight.

  • I agree with everything you said but one point. The world isn't over populated. A study was done a few years ago where they found you could fit the entire world population in Florida by simply building 10 story apartment builds of ever 20 acres of land. The world population can fit into one state if we tried. Everything else is truth, God bless you. ; )

  • a muslim can kill a gay if he makes a suggestion and the only way to kill a gay is to throw him off a high point. i.e. a cliff or bridge or a high roof.

  • @RepresentingTruth Born gay or not, what's wrong with being gay?

  • @jmt24 When you go to a gas station and pump gas into your car, do you pump it in the exhaust pipe? Think it through.

  • @RepresentingTruth "do you pump it in the exhaust pipe" If that is your goal, then yes you would, and you wouldn't be wrong because thats the best way to achieve you end, putting gas in your exhaust pipe. It depends on the ends not the means. No end is more rational than another only the means to that end. So if my end is to love the person I'm attracted to, how am I wrong to love a man. (hypothetically, I'm not actually gay)

  • @RepresentingTruth Is that supposed to be an argument?

  • @kablamo9999 Why not?

  • @RepresentingTruth There are plenty of differences between a person and a gasoline pump.

  • @VeritasFire Yes a car can be replaced but a person cannot. If it is stupid to do it with a car then how is it smart to do it with a person?

  • @zigifrojd

    "Only life...illness" False

"what is wrong....reading Freud's discoveries" How about you just give me the cliff notes?

  • Comment removed

  • @zigifrojd

"Homo...went wrong" Normal =/= right. Also "evolution went wrong" implies it can be right. It can't be. Evolution does not have an end goal

"Also...born babies" All contingent on the subjective values and preferences of an individual.

"Their defect.../sick" Firstly, "abnormal" contingent, "unnatural" no. If it occurs in nature its natural. We are apart a nature therefore... Also aids is not unique to gays and to imply that higher rates make homosexuality wrong is a non sequitur.

  • @zigifrojd

"Evolution has main goal, its survival, its pure survival of species."

Wow, No that's the goal of a species not evolution. Evolution is not a sentient being it can't have goals. It's just a fact that traits that benefit survival and reproduction are more likely to pass on. What does happen does not equal a goal. Damn, I was really hoping I could keep my points contained to one comment I really don't feel like spelling all of them out to you.

  • Comment removed

  • @zigifrojd lmao, You can't be this dumb. Here I'll dumb this down

Evolution is RANDOM mutation and natural selection. If the mutation is RANDOM then it's NOT consciously giving beneficial traits (IE is not trying to aid in survival it's JUST CHANGING) it just Naturally follows that the ones helping in survival are more likely to pass on (natural selection). lol

  • @jmt24

also "but do you really need me to explain you again values of subjective homosexual activitties, and subjective heterosexuals activitties" Lol, no you clearly didn't understand why i said "All contingent on the subjective values and preferences of an individual" and I don't feel like leading you by the hand.

  • Comment removed

  • @zigifrojd

"you and you nonsense you write not worthy of my attention" thats because you can't understand anything I say, and have trouble paying attention to things that require you to use critical thinking.

"You cant change values of gays, and straights by your wishful thinking, you moron. " What the hell are you talking about? Who said anything about changing values? lol I wasn't even talking about "gay values" or morals. I know you misunderstood my "values" comment, but not this bad.

  • @zigifrojd lol Still here? Just lay down.

Bigot- person who is intolerant of any opinions differing from their own; where have I demonstrated intolerance? Quote me.

"Gays...it isnt" Who said otherwise? Quote Please :)

"You are...thinkers" Huh? You engaged me first. How did I attack you? Also I'm not gay and you don't what "bigot" & "fascist" means :)

"denying...preferences" Who did that? Quote please :) also you were the one wrong about evolution, or did you forget moving the goal post?

  • Comment removed

  • @zigifrojd

Lol, so your moving the goal post huh? Before you said "evolution goal is survival" now your saying "GOOD, HEALTHY NORMAL evolution..." hahaha how disgraceful, can't even admit when your wrong. And as I already said

    Good- subjective

    Healthy- homosexuality can be healthy

    Normal- contingent

  • Great video! I've never been able to understand why people hate others for being gay.

  • Laura, you are 100% right that anyone who doesn't want to reproduce is doing the world a favor! We have too damn many people! Religion sucks. It promotes hate and guilt.

  • how dare you label ANYBODY intolerant you are one of the most bigoted and discriminative people ever i wouldnt give you the right to call the kkk of Nazis intollerant

  • i've got no problem with gays unless some guy makes a pass at me, then there's an issue...

  • Even in Canada? fucking eh!

  • For those people who say that being gay is a choice---they are idiots. Who would willingly choose to be part of a persecuted minority that is ridiculed, abused, hurt, and laughed at every day? It's fucking crazy!

Yet another awful biproduct of a literal interpretation of religion.....*gag*

  • Sadly, as a straight ally, I face a lot of criticism myself. Thank you, Bible Belt South USA.

Between my relatively masculine personality and my full support of the gay rights movement, a lot of people thought I was bisexual. I hate it when people jump to conclusions. Fortunately, they got off my back (since I was *"thankfully"* straight). Better not tell them I'm atheist...

The headlines in my university's newspaper today were about another hate crime committed against 2 gay men. So sad.

  • @ZaraMikazuki

Although i agree with gay rights the argument tht "Who would willingly choose to be part of a persecuted minority that is ridiculed, abused,..." is not very good coz then why wld pp be choosing ideologies like "scientology" for example(NOT tht i am in any way associated with the religion). tht is a religion which is in minority n ridiculed and made fun of by almost every non scientologist as well as claimed to be dangerous, IMO rightfully so but ill come to tht...

  • ...Same cld be said for the mormons and other various denominations of Christianity too(NOT tht i belong to any of those either). It part of human psychology tht very often the more u attack a certain person's ideology, the more defensive he/she can become. The pt is I accept gay rights COZ IT HAS BEEN SCIENTIFICALLY SHOWN tht theyr born tht way coz of certain genetic factors...

  • ...On the other hand a certain branch of social science has also determined tht scientology can be extemely harmful and other religions too ofcourse AND THT, NOTHING ELSE, is the ONLY REAL factor tht we shld base our argument(s) on.

  • Some of the most seemingly bright and intelligent people choose, on a daily basis, to partake in what is irrational, dangerous, illegal, immoral and unnatural:

    - why do people choose to be single parents?

    - why do people choose addiction?

    - why do people partake in all kinds of high risk activity?

    - why will some people do anything for attention?

    - why do some participate in spiritual groups that are continually persecuted, mocked, etc.

    The list is endless

  • Around the 2-min mark you ask how people can do it? Because they are heartless. Because they value their religion more than the lives of others.

  • Very thoughtful. Parents who would reject their children are not parents at all.

  • But, you know, we all chose the wicked gay lifestyle. Who doesn't want to be treated like that by their parents? Silly me, there I go using reason again.

  • *Sigh* sexuality is controlled by genetics; there is not a single "gay gene" but multiple genes that control sexuality.

  • Some people seem so insecure with their own masculinity they have to bash gays to ensure they will not be "accused" of being gay themselves. I just find it so sad, there are comments on this video saying that gay men and feminists and hippies are making men "weak".

It's not acceptance of gays or the feminist movement that is "dumbing down" the human race MalevolentInvocation. It is ignorant hate filled people like you.

I'm just glad I'm a girl and I don't have to put up with this crap.

  • @JellyDehli Seems like odd logic to me. Most gay people hate being compared to people who are into incest (even though it is harmless) - does that mean they secretly want to bone their relatives?

  • I really don't understand parents that try to blame their kids for being gay. I mean, if you're their biological parents then its largely YOUR fault, since YOU gave them their genes. So any parent that wants to blame someone should look in the mirror.

  • Loved the rant, and agree. I can't understand that any parent would act like that. I don't vcare. Have had friend that were homos, and so what? Their sexuality is different, bfd.

  • Absolutely awesome Video. Thanks for "friending" me. I have a book out that discusses this very topic. It's called the spell of religion and the battle over gay marriage.

  • Being gay doesn't make you weak. It just makes you like the same sex as you. Big difference.

God, you sound like some sort of Army Commander. "WEAK WEAK!".

What do you mean by weak? Not strong? Not physically fit? You're not making sense to me.

Corrupting society? It's people like you who corrupt it with medieval views on the world. I bet you hate blacks, woman and disabled people too.

  • Clear sockpuppet, clear troll - clear off.

  • I thought that it was genuenly imposible to come across someone more moronic than a brain dead fundamentalist creationist. You don't only give atheists a bad name MalevolentInvocation. you're a stain on the entire human race. The greatest gift you could give to the world MalevolentInvocation, is commit suicide and do us all the favor of sparing us from anymore of your ignorant hateful drivel.

I am disgusted beyond words with this piece of human garbage called MalevolentInvocation.

  • sock accounts can be very useful when you run out of comment space cant they :)

    GoreLuxoria/MalevolentInvocation/BloodyFingerFuck69

  • I am not a sock account. I happen to be a person who agrees with him

  • I'm sorry multiple personality don't count as a separate person.

  • The computer you're using isn't natural. You don't seem to be "fuck"ing that.

  • So do you believe couples who are sterile are morally wrong, for the same reason?

  • no but at the same time, a man has a penis and a woman has a vagina along with a uterus and ovaries. how come a man doesnt have the necessary body parts to carry a baby? because thats not how things are supposed to be. please dont be offended. u have ur opinion and i have mine. sorry if i bothered u.

  • And yet it's a completely natural thing in itself. Gay people are still born in exactly the same way has hetro's, just...different.

So what does it matter any how? It's not like it's hurting anyone. And the human world is over populated, it's good to have less children. And it's not like you can do anything to change a gay person; try it, I dare you :L

  • @SoniClub And yet gays and lesbians want to be able to have children with each other.

  • @ESUTERURE But they can't. That's the simple fact. So they can adopt (helping children who have been abandoned and not increasing the ridiculous population) or surrogacy.

  • @SoniClub Yes they can adopt, but they want to have biological children with each other without a man or woman, many resort to making a child like donors and such which is wrong.

  • Oh so THAT'S where ZOMGitsCriss got the "Vote Prop C" idea from.

Anti-gay bigotry is one of the least comprehensible religious hang-ups to me. I can at least understand the stance of pro-lifers, but this? Parents casting out their children for being gay? WTF?

  • Preach it!

  • I totaly argee with you on video

  • Where are You hiring for Your religion?

You showed ONE case. And turned it into anti-religion flame.

I don't choose to watch a puppy killed on street? Really?

How come nobody choses to be a gay? Do You have any proof other than to say, that it is like watching a killed puppy?Saying such shit is a propaganda practice.

You're just trolling. Get facts and say it, don't troll. We have other people for that. Don't make us uneployed!

  • very good video

  • AWESOME

I'm an older gay man and I was tossed out of the house at 17 by my non religious family (even atheists hated gays back then).

The world has changed so much for the better. Those kids had you as a friend. Kids on the internet will see your positive message and perhaps hate themselves a little less. The only info I got in my teens was pure hate.

Thank you for putting this message out there.

  • Spot on, all of it, especially about how things won't always be this way. You can feel this tide turning right now in the present.

  • Women like you existing I don't understand homosexual men. But I am gald about them. Less competitors.

  • More people need to realize that homosexuality is just a way of life and has no reason to be "sinful".

  • Go back to fucking Mexico you ignorant fuck.

  • Wow

  • What? He was being ignorant.

  • Yeah, I guess you are right! lol

  • people attack the states because of religion friend,it has nothing to do with homosexuals.

  • You're complete and totally crazy.

I'm from australia, and the majority of us are homosexual tolerant. And you don't just "make more gay people" by accepting them, it just forces them to not stay in the closet their entire lives depressed and broken.

    Grow a heart.

  • one of your best videos so far, i love you :-*

  • The only reason I've found for some one being anti-gay is religious or Nazi...

  • Here Here! Excellent video.

  • It is just a MINOR defect. If all primitive people were gay, our species wouldn't have lasted this long. In the future, men won't need the urge to stick their dick in some pussy in order for our species to survive. The whole world can be fucking gay and create babies in test tubes. LOL!

  • I was a child once. I remember another child in my school(same grade/classroom as me). He acted a considerable amount more feminine than the average boy. It was NO suprise to us when he "came out " as being gay later on in life. Yes, people are BORN gay.

  • Leviticus 20:13 says MALE homosexuals must be put to death. The author of Leviticus must have enjoyed FEMALE homosexual activity because there is not ONE word against it. I am glad that the scientific world of today realizes that homosexuality is a birth defect. The close-minded author of Leviticus was scientifically ignorant and cared only about his personal agendas.

  • well said FvR.

  • Your sweet to listen. So Why don't You read an algebra for the rest of us.

I see You are thinking about religion a lot. Remove BS and try to go for cause. Why those people are so "evil"? What is evil?. I always folded to mine fucked up self and questioned Would I be (or do) the same? When? What would cause me.

I admire Your strength to post it on Skynet.

I used to rant like You against religion. It is just a top of iceberg. Now I see the cause in sharing thougths.

  • lol@skynet comment. Self fulfilling prophecy hehe.

  • You don't even need to be gay to feel the pain of being persecuted for homosexuality. People are so fucked up about homosexuality that it's like the witch burning of our time. I've got those scars and I'm straight, and psychotically pro-gay rights as a result.

Yes, persecuting homosexuals makes all our lives more difficult. But when have we ever made our lives easier... People are dangerously crazy and/or stupid.

  • I had gay friends who turned to drugs and prostitution because their parents put them out on the street rather than accept them for who they were.

  • Well we all want to pass our genes on to the next generation and some unthoughtful people therefore equate gayness to failure.

Ever hear of the Quiverful sect? Like that family on TV with all of the kids? It's a reference to having as many kids as possible because each kid is another arrow in the Quiver of God's arsenal. Religious people sure did latch on to the whole reproductive aspect of evolution, they just want to reject the rest.

  • In highschool I went with someone who unfortunatly succeeded in killing himself to as to not tell his parents.

    Sad.

  • Beautiful

  • You should make your views known on christian anti-gay videos then, rather than trying to shoot the messenger here.

  • These poor creationists battling with their concience and fighting off Satan so he doesnt tempt them with gay sex.

    Doh and double doh!

It's not a choice and oh boy it's tiring listening to you lot at the shallow end of the gene pool.(although it's occasionally hilarious)

It's truly sad people can be so closed minded and hate filled........................like that gay meth head Ted Haggard, the male prostitute fancying hypocrite, tsk tsk, judge not and ye shall not be judged

  • let me ask you one simple question. at what point in your life did you ever sit down and decide what your sexual orientation was going to be?

  • ok, run me through what you think the decision making process would be in becoming a homosexual. How and why would a straight person make themselves attracted to members of the same sex? And do you think they are attracted to the same sex, or are they kidding themselves for some reason?

  • dam, so now you speak for all homosexuals, huh? nice. i guess you know everything that goes on in everyone's heads.

  • BTW, my comment was a response to another homophobe.

  • Well said.

  • If i was being intolerant i would block you.

  • So as long as parents of homosexuals do not block their children on youtube, they are being tolerant of them right? Riiiiiight.

Where do I sign up for these pwnage Olympics? :-D

  • Tolerance- a fair, objective, and permissive attitude toward those whose opinions, practices, race, religion, nationality, etc., differ from one's own; freedom from bigotry.

Promoting tolerance means allowing people to think and act however they like as long as it doesn't stop others from doing the same. You can believe and say what you wish but hurting others with your actions must be stopped. We don't block you from going to church or from preaching, we want to block you from hurting others

  • "Not to mention the fact that you are being intolerant to the intolerant - typical atheistic self-refutation."

This is one of the goofiest fucking things I have ever read.

  • Um, good argument.

  • Well jeez man, what do you want?

It is not "self-refuting" to not tolerate intolerence.

  • "absent an absolute standard of morality, YOU have zero justification for calling intolerance 'wrong.'"

What a load of tripe. Even if there is an absolute standard of morality, it's not enforced in this lifetime. We determine what is wrong through our own judgment, not by what a book tells us to think.. If intolerance of gay people feels wrong to me (and it does, since I'm gay), then that's all the justification I need to be opposed to it. End of story.

  • And if intolerance of gay people feels right to some people, you have no justification for opposing it. If all we have is moral preference then there can be no 'right,' or 'wrong' morality, and you lose all argument against anyone with a different moral preference than you.

If you are only saying that you don't like intolerance, that is one thing, but to claim anything is 'wrong' is to borrow from my worldview.

  • Morality is just a matter of opinion,so yeah there are no real 'rights or wrongs.' Some are argued to be because they're popular opinion. Most of us know what it is like to feel pain, so we can empathise with other people who are suffering. Homosexuality is not a choice,it's simply the way one turns out. If homosexuals are made to suffer, then I feel sorry for them. One way people get labelled with opinion derived adjectives like 'bad' is by treating people with a lack of empathy for their pain.

  • //"Morality is just a matter of opinion,so yeah there are no real 'rights or wrongs.' "//

    I rest my case.

  • It's just a case of how vague language is. If you want to be like this, then never refer to a food you like as 'nice,' because that is your opinion. People will use words such as right or wrong for emphasis. Saying, 'I don't like intolerence' sounds pretty weak, so one will say it's 'wrong.' I think intolerence towards homosexuals is fucked up, because there's absolutely no reason for it and I don't like to see the pain it causes.

  • I wrote another comment and it didn't appear, so I'm sorry if it appears later. I said, if there is one moral absolute, if you want to call it that, then it's the natural instict to survive. Consequently we generally don't want to kill ourselves or harm the species in general. We're all products of this. I don't know if your case is supposed to be in favour of there being a God, because the issue of morality can in no way be used to prove God's existence.

  • //" the natural instict to survive."//

So, what is 'right' then, survival at all costs, survival of the individual, or survival of the species? Is survival more important than justice, or altruism. or aestheics, and how do you know? What if someone happened to prefer death over survival, what makes you right, and them wrong? Moral preference does not make absolutes.

  • Morality is just a word. All I have argued is what I believe are some of the reasons for human behaviour. I already said that right and wrong are just a matter of opinion, however it is partly influenced by natural instict. Empathy is a feeling, morality is just a word. I can't understand the lack of empathy some people have for others. Your morals are the same as mine, they're opinions formed by what has influenced us and whatever provokes emotion such as empathy.

  • Animals kill each other, and so do some humans, absent an absolute standard, those actions cannot be wrong. According to YOUR worldview, child molestation cannot even be 'wrong.'

If there is no right or wrong, there can be no 'right,' or 'wrong' empathy either. Why SHOULD anyone even feel empathy for anyone else for that matter?

Besides, not everyone shares your opinions, and if none are right, then none can be wrong either. Nice worldview.

  • Empathy is a feeling, a chemical reaction, and the way you relate to and understand someone's situation. You know what I mean by empathy.

''If there is no right or wrong, there can be no 'right,' or 'wrong' empathy either.' '

    What does that even mean?

  • In addition, there are of course the laws of each society. Some laws are frowned upon by many people, but generally murder, for example, is so commonly thought of as being bad and provokes such an emotional response that people will confidently say that it's 'wrong.' Calling it 'wrong' may just be an opinion, a popular one, but it's more a case of emphasising how strongly one feels about it.

  • Is child molestation absolutely morally wrong, or is it only contrary to your personal opinion, and it could actually be right?

  • It disgusts me, it disgusts most people, and it's against the law. To express my opinion, and for the sake of emphasis, I shall refer to it as 'wrong.' There is nothing wrong with my world view, I don't need a god to tell me that one shouldn't cause others pain.

  • Sure you refer to it as 'wrong,' but according to your worldview it CANNOT be wrong. Problem is you actually DO know that it is absolutely wrong, but refuse to acknowledge the source of absolute morality which says it is wrong.

According to your professed worldview, causing other people pain cannot be 'wrong' and your view that you shouldn't cause other people pain is reduced to an arbitrary personal opinion. You lose any argument against someone who would call it 'right.'

  • I used 'wrong' to strongly express my opinion, Should I have said, 'I think it's awful?'. Also, it is an absolute in a sense, a legal one. When I said, 'There is nothing wrong with my world view, I don't need a god to tell me that one shouldn't cause others pain' I meant that you probably also don't want to hurt other people, therefore in that sense you agree with my opinion, however I don't need to get that from the bible.

  • //"I don't need a god to tell me that one shouldn't cause others pain"//

Alright then, why shouldn't 'one cause others pain?'

  • There is no answer, other than that it provokes a negative emotional response in me, and most people share that. Morals have evolved with society, some are almost universal feelings and have been established as unquestionable laws, some are personal. The fact that I acknowledge this truth does not take away from the fact that I am a human being and I'm still subject to these concepts that have been created in my mind(by myself, society and biology),and these emotional responses.ok, good night

  • And yes, I know that what I said means there is no 'should or shouldn't,' These words are all man made, and mean nothing essentially. But I am a man, and all I have is this limited language.

  • We'll go round and round in circles with this lol, so thanks for the discussion. Have a good day, or night.

  • Man... you really talk a lot of drivel don't you?

It is when differing views of what is right and what is wrong collide that human morality evolves. That's how slavery was abolished, the womens rights movement was formed and why homosexuality is more socially accepted than it was previously. What is right and what is wrong is not set in stone, it is a matter of opinion, and majority opinion can and does change over time. It's that simple.

  • Is the majority always right?

  • "Is the majority always right?"

As I said, it is a matter of opinion, and if the majority share an opinion then they will consider themselves to be right. Just as the minority who disagree will consider themselves to be right. Most of us believe we are right most of the time. This concept should be fairly obvious.

  • The actual argument for legalizing abortion is that outlawing abortion merely drives it back into the back alleys. That leads to maternal deaths in addition to fetal deaths. Some "christians" might argue that the women deserve it for getting pregnant. Fine, DNA matching could identify the male who was ultimately responsible for her death. How about 10 years for involuntary manslaughter for every maternal death to a backstreet abortion? Seems equable to me.

Good contraception is a better idea.

  • What's the punishment for murder?

  • So two wrongs make a right?

  • Hello,

Congratulations to your attitude! Your words are really true.. I consider your words not only against intolerance against gay people, but against intolerance within societies incommon, not only in the US, but also in my homecountry Germany. As an example I want call racism, which "sleeps" under the surface of, I think, every society.

Unfortunately really intolerant people won`t really listen to this video, but I did several times. In this sense I wish you a nice day!

  • Those people who say "It's a choice." are absolute morons. Why would anyone choose to make themselves the target of so much hatred, ignorance, and stupidity?

What consenting adults do with each other in the privacy of their own homes is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

Live and let live. It's called freedom.

After all, you seem to want society to tolerate your stupidity. And that actually IS a choice.

  • "It's not something you choose" It still annoys the hell out of me that so many straight people can't accept that! I have a couple of christian friends who believed homosexuality was a bad thing THEN BECAME GAY! They've become so close to me now because they've lived both side sof that and appreciate now that they were wrong, and that it ISN'T a choice! Sometimes I find myself wishing everyone would wake up tomorrow bisexual so this homophobia thing would go away
