The Mini 12 had integrated RAM and I believe you can upgrade the RAM on the Mini 10.

Yea that battery does kind of kill the slimness but getting 5.5 hrs of run time is awesome.

hmm mini 10 or mini 12? 12 is good caz its big and not too small and 10 has a bigger hdd and lots of great features like hdmi! what should i buy!

I would say to wait for the mini 10. the only thing is going to be its wierd processor. Its going to have like a 1.36ghz instead of a 1.6ghz. wierd.
