That means it's only meant as a suggestion. On the other hand the U.N. security council consisting of only 5 countries with veto power can vote on an issue and it's decisions are binding, meaning they can be enforced!
Well..I don't understand how UN functions. Who are these voting members? What are their criteria in voting? Why do the existing members have the rights to decide whether other nations may join UN or not? And why can't Iran and Japan both join the UN? Wouldn't it be better if all nations get seats and have their voices heard? Maybe I'm a fool. But aren't these questions important to the initial purpose of having a UN after WWII?
Long as Jewnited States is in the SC & they claim they don't like Iran then Iran will be blocked from gaining prosperous rights, if they were in the SC they can inforce whether a war is justified or not & that poses a threat to the Jewnited States
