as giglegiggle33 said, our school choir sang it, and seeing all those veterans crying almost made me break out into tears, then i remembered im up there singin! i get to be one of those GIVING the message! That day was a blessing to those vets

I sang this song for choir before. I sang it for my friends who died in service, and others who touched all around them and died before their time from cancer. I cried on stage as I sang this proudly on stage. My choir of my school, they all cried to, no joke! We all get touched by this, and strongly stand for freedom. God Bless America and the families who lost cherished people!

we had to sing this song for school, and it was so sad to sing, becuase at the time my cousin was in iraq and my grandpa used to be the fire cheif of his station. and my cousin was in the military and the rest of my family that was in some kind of service. it was really sad. :( ily guys!

I have been to Arlington Heights Cemetary. It's truly amazing how many have died for our country and being the daughter of a fallen officer I can truly say that I appreciate the courage and the ultimate sacrifice people gave to keep our country free and to keep us safe. it was soooo hard to not cry while singing this song at my concert

i remember the 8th grade girls were singing aaaaaaaammeeriicaaaaa at a crazy high note and the altos and sopranos were singing together and the school band was playing their instruments and it was just so powerful and evryone in the audience was crying

Hey pringles103baby, I also sang that last year and I'm singing it again this year (so I'mn kinda ahead of most kids in circle the state) ANYWAYS... once you practice the ending, it's not that hard (for me anyways) just keep on practicing and it will sound good! ☺♥☻
