Revis was barely targeted this season! Only team that really wasn't afraid was the Bills to Steve Johnson on short 5 yard passes. Other than that the Dolphins first game, who I'm sure we all remember Revis got two picks.

I don't know about that, I watched Revis play every single game in the NFL. The only time they beat him is a back shoulder pass, or a really nice throw from the QB. He is always in PERFECT position. He's so good that he becomes the receiver and deflects the pass away. Nnamdi is very good, but he doesn't follow the opposing teams best receiver, he only stays on one side of the field.

I wouldn't put it all on sanchez though, i kinda think it goes on schotenheimer too, i man sanchez makes stupid passes but schotenheimer doesn't call plays that consistently take advantage of sanchez and his ability to make plays outside of the pocket due to his mobility. Also I don't know why we are just getting the ground and pound formula down this late in the season
@brazee07 I don't know though. Sanchez can make some dumb decisions. But, a lot of times his WRs aren't getting open. And for a while when Mangold was out, Sanchez had no protection and no running game to lean on under pressure. Sanchez isn't a rushing QB like Newton. If Brady was a Jet, i'td be probably similar or worse considering how much Brady cracks under defensive pressure. It's a team problem, not a one man show like Green Bay and the Colts were.

@wero210 I'm the biggest Revis fan out there, I absolutely love the guy, but what you said isn't all correct. Playing zone is not an advantage for Nnamdi, that's exactly why he is struggling. Oakland's defense plays people straight up, and that's what Nnamdi excels at. He is a physical, bump and run corner, not an off coverage and zone corner. The reason he has been struggling is because he isn't able to play to his strengths in Philly's defense, he is the #2 man corner in the NFL though.

@megaad He's only thrown 21 touchdowns this year and ran in 5 on his own, almost 3,000 yards passing. With barely any running game this year, 6th in the league in scoring, 1st in Red Zone percentage.. Sure, terrible I guess.

@brazee07 i feel you man it is an anomaly that we can't DOMINATE the league week in and week out with the talent on our roster. I wouldn't put it all on sanchez though, i kinda think it goes on schotenheimer too, i man sanchez makes stupid passes but schotenheimer doesn't call plays that consistently take advantage of sanchez and his ability to make plays outside of the pocket due to his mobility. Also I don't know why we are just getting the ground and pound formula down this late in the season

@brazee07 I don't know though. Sanchez can make some dumb decisions. But, a lot of times his WRs aren't getting open. And for a while when Mangold was out, Sanchez had no protection and no running game to lean on under pressure. Sanchez isn't a rushing QB like Newton. If Brady was a Jet, i'td be probably similar or worse considering how much Brady cracks under defensive pressure. It's a team problem, not a one man show like Green Bay and the Colts were.

@Kongmong20 The Jets use him the wrong way, Sanchez is a good play action quarterback and needs a good running game to do well. The Jets are asking him to do way too much, if they would just run the ball first then pass, they would be a Superbowl contender. The years when they made it to the AFC championship game they would run the ball a lot more than pass it. This year they are passing it a lot more than they're running it.

@wero210 I'm the biggest Revis fan out there, I absolutely love the guy, but what you said isn't all correct. Playing zone is not an advantage for Nnamdi, that's exactly why he is struggling. Oakland's defense plays people straight up, and that's what Nnamdi excels at. He is a physical, bump and run corner, not an off coverage and zone corner. The reason he has been struggling is because he isn't able to play to his strengths in Philly's defense, he is the #2 man corner in the NFL though.
