That's why it's important for writers to know the history behind the culture.It helps to avoid unnecessary beef, etc.. Obviously some names are gonna end up being used by other people over the years, but if you know the history & respect tradition, certain names are kinda off limits.

Blade is absolutely a legend in N.Y.C. and a real cool dude too! I was like 12 when I used to go to work with my mom in the summer, we jumped the 2 line transfered at chambers st and took the 1 up to houston st. Blade, Pot2, Cliff, Tracy168, Krome100, PNut2, Zephyr, Team, Part, Bot707, all over the IRT lines! Inspired me to become a writer! And the king of Throw Ups was "IN!" Mofo was on every train that pulled in! Voice of The Ghetto...NYC Graf is the birth palce of writing!
