I have used Blackberrys for past 2 years, and got the Storm 2 months ago. It is a very frustrating phone to use. There are so many things wrong with it I don't know how RIM could have screwed up so badly. It lags, interface is clumsy, and I'm always charging this thing.

Stay away from this phone. This is my first Blackberry (and will be my last) Battery life is terrible, if you don't keep the phone in its holster, you will be lucky to get 4hours before needed a recharge (this occurs on any of the three batteries I've bought for it) Keep it in its holster when not in use, and you'll get abotu 24hours of it before needing a charge. Touch screen is nowhere near as good as other touch screen phones (hate the sure click method) and have to reboot regularly

fresh from the box. this phone lags, wherever i tough the screen it gets all pixley and i cant see the letters. and the screen just goes blank. i can receive texts and phone calls but i cant see them and every time i shut it off and back on it wont come back. unreliable terrible. droid here i come

Alejandro, you seem to be a huge fan of the STORM 2, in fact, thanks to your videos, I bought two of them! I was a huge fan as well, until two months ago when I updated the OS from the phone...BAD IDEA!!! Now, all I get all the time is "Uncaught exception:

Yes,,Agreed....But For Most Part You Won't Notice Much Difference In The Core Functions...Yes The OS6 Is Better Optimized And The UI Is Slightly More Efficient But Still I Think The 'Storm 2' Is Worth The Money Considering Its Almost 200$ Cheaper....

@slighten1 He talks about the "sure touch" , which is where you have to press the screen down like the original storm, so I'd assume that no, you can't tap to type (like the iphone). It's not so bad once you get used to it. I went from a storm, to an iphone, to a storm 2 pretty easily.

@screamboo Yes it does come with a 16gb card. And yes it still works well. The only thing you have to do if it starts working slowly is take the battery out and put it right back in. The same as all smartphones.
