  • 5.21 Lol, the way they run.

  • @GGGGGGGPAUL lol they are doing a gay run

  • What relly annoys me about this episode is that they never explain who the "uninvited" actually are!

  • @BasilFawlty4444 They're expanded on more in the comic version. Apparently they're called the Zombites, and they're in a war with another group called the Nebab (who are not associated with Nebab Coffee, as far as I know). They shot down Scott because they wanted to steal TB1 and copy the technology for their own use. Presumably they were going to do the same thing to TB2, but they uh, exploded.

  • @NekoFaustus That's interesting, but the "Zombites" never landed after shooting Scott down to capture him and TB1. I suppose you may be right, when they have Scott in this scene and haven't decided to kill him, perhaps wanting information off him ?

  • @BasilFawlty4444 on the dvd box set, they are called the zotons

  • "You're gonna have to run for your life like you've never run before!" *Proceeds to bob along at normal speed* Love it XD

  • 0:24 Stick it up your jumper! LOL

1:56 It's not the most... efficient escape.

  • Good thing all the baddies died on the right buttons!

  • Whay does the rail thing has a steering wheel?

  • @hollander133

    Probably a speed control

  • It wouldnt be thunderbirds without an explosion

  • 0;42 sock it to him ..pow!

  • Scott Tracy is very fortunate to have those bad guys die and then fall on conveniant control panels. I love this episode.

  • 0:43 - PUPPET PUNCHING POWER!!!

  • I love the little nod Scott does with his head to the two archaeologists after he says "BEAT IT!", that's good puppetry! :)

  • Wow, its puppets and I know they're gonna be safe and all but I'm worried for there safety... The music doesn't help its all like OMG.

  • 0:23 Dump her DUMP HER!

  • I could never work out who the guys in the Pyramid were.... are they Egyptian or something?? :S it's sad because this was my first episode I ever watched when I was 4, and it's still my favourite today!!

  • This is a top secret organisation of which nobody must know right? So why the hell is Scott using his full name in front of the archaeologists?!

  • this show had some of the best episode themes! i love the one where they're in the railcar, one of my thunderbirds faves!!! :D

  • how did the tomb open?!

  • @NORTHERNKONFLIKT the tech-zombite fell on the controls i think [= explains how it always opened in first place

  • @NORTHERNKONFLIKT 5:11 the guy falls on the lever you can hear the sound and see it ;)

  • In one episode, the Thunderbirds have accumulated a higher body count than people rescued. =/

  • I have a version where they overdubbed the aliens so they're just speaking English. but that version is about 30 minutes shorter. And has a different theme song. It's pretty bizarre.

  • @RandomTask3000 ah right.. what are they saying in your version then? i've always been a littl ebit curious to know that haha

  • @CamsterdamSPguy Oh, pretty much what you'd expect. "INTRUDERS! FIND THEM! FIRING MISSILES!" Unfortunately no great secrets are revealed. But they do have kooky pseudo-middle-eastern accents.

  • @RandomTask3000 haha, that's wicked, thanks XD aye- shame about there being no secrets revealed though; would be pretty interesting to know these guys origins or true intentions.. but just knowin they're bad guys is all ya need really [=

  • @RandomTask3000 @CamsterdamSPguy I think that's probably the fox kids Turbo Charged Thunderbirds he's refering to. This means any secrets revealed would be non cannon. Still they do crop up in the comics at least once. I think they were just meant to be a hidden ancient civilisation and they were trying to stay secret.

  • great, every evil organisation has a self-destruct switch or button.

  • There sure is a lot of Stingray music in this one!

  • It is like a Jules Verne episode: many of his views became a areality too. Thunderbirds was my favorite as a 6-8 year old. I realize that many of the things experienced then a re now a reality: take computers, typing on my mac and sharing it real time with any body around the globe. We just don't realize it yet.

  • The greatnes of these Thundebird series is that many of -then- novalties have become now part of our reality. The Harrier is a Thunderbird 1. The tunneldigger is a reality in modern tunnel digger technique. Space station is a reality. The design quality is standard now.

  • Scott Tracy just committing a minor case of geocide!

  • @rougueg Not exactly diliberately the Zombite should have known better than to fall onto the controls. And they should have sent soemone in to put the lever back up. lol

  • Gothic German?! I always thought it was just some made-up lingo like in Pingu. xD

  • 0:43 is so funny

  • 1:21 - The shot of Scott saying "Quick, start the car!" is inexplicably hilarious.

  • I have truly enjoyed your episode of The Thunderbirds. Excellent sound & picture.

  • i always found it funny how scott found it appropriate to go get his gun back from the treaure room, after saying get to ready to run lol... priorities lad [=

  • Surely the Zombites would just get someone else in agas mask to put the leaver back up again, tho i spose this is 1960s kids tv the bad guys are always inept lol.

  • The bad guys make me think of the old Flash Gordon serials. I kept expecting Ming the Merciless to show up!

  • @OxcartUser They even have a Gordon to send out there. What's that Brian Blessed GORDON'S ALIVE!!!

  • Ive always loved Virgil! Thunderbird 2 rocks!

  • omg every episode has that stupid spinning alarm!!!

  • @danielpullen

Back then... special effects and technology wer every expensive and not liek what we have today... it save dmoney and time to use the same scenes over agian.

  • scott was the best out of all the tracy brothers i think maybe cos he's the oldest

  • It's funny how the missile base looks like the insides of an ancient television. Which is probably what it was made from.

  • @mukatuna Odd thing was, it probably wasn't even ancient. These were made in the 60's.

  • I guess that at 0:21 the word that the zombite leade says means "Up", that's what t it sounds like

  • Hold it Virgil, it's Scott! ha you gotta love Gordon!

  • That's Gothic German Their speaking

  • can you give us a breif description of what they are saying?

  • No, I'm afraid I can't.

I don't know exactly how to speak Gothic German, that and I don't know how to pronunce the words their saying...

But...if there was a way to close caption their Gothic words, maybe I could.

  • yeah, this was one of my favorite episode.

So greaat to see it again

    thx... put more on youtube

  • cool

  • First time I've seen International Rescue take lives than save them. Then again, who wouldn't pick up the gun and use it?

  • From 2:29 - one of the best things about the series, just so many gratuitous explosions!

  • more if you have any also stingray xl5 joe 90 many thanks

  • Put more thunderbirds episode
