Storing the paintbrush in a plastic bag is an excellent idea that I use all the time. This is a good way to store the brush temporarily for one day without the brush drying out. But care must be taken that you have the plastic actually squeeze onto the wet parts of the brush sealing any airflow to the paint. Another trick I do it if I want to go away and come back later I also put this stored brush in a refrigerator.

Feels crazy but little tips that seems obvious really helped me; Even strokes, even pressure, go up and down in one motion makes to paint looks really nice. Top tip: keep the roller not close to you save u so much energy!

@CryingAngel2025 Yes there is a paint that has a primer in it. It's from Behr & they just came out with it recently. There might be other paint brands too but I'm not too sure. You could ask one of the big box stores or go to your friendly neighborhood paint store & ask them. Thank you for your question. Good luck with your painting project. Joe :0
