It's music specific to the game, it's not one of the licensed tracks. Search for Little Big Planet iMusic Garden's theme by Mat Clark.

Neither. LBP was created by a European developer. I believe they're located in the UK.

I built all the stages from Smash Bros 64 on Little Big Planet. Search for: CaptainValiance. I'm a semi-pro level creator. I have over 200 plays for most of my levels. Also I got a couple level kits. I even built RAMPAGE from the N64.
