This mouse is utter crap and the company making it are a bunch of lying, stealing a-holes. I've had more contact with both their mice and their workers than I would have liked. I had 3 Kone's and all 3 had their mouse whell die within a month. The 3rd one was the so called v2. Same thing. They fixed nothing!

And these problems are happening to everybody. Also their support took 6 months to replace my mouse... 6 f...king months!

well its strange... I changed the usb-port and now it works much better it gets stuck after 15 minutes or so and after a few seconds it gets unstuck but sometimes it dont...

Same here, also the scroll wheel dropt off, and right mouse click sucks... This is great mouse, but it has short age... Now I have NZXT Avatar and G9, both are good but I like avatar more

you should try "NZXT Avatar", I had roccat before it, and avatar is alot better than kone... It took me 3 days to learn how to hold the avatar, but after i did, it was best mouse i've ever tried..
